On Wednesday night 5/29/24, we called Day & Night Plumbing with an emergency. We had a small slow visible leak under the sink and we could hear water gushing from a place we could not see. We shut the water off to the whole house and we were happy the plumber could be dispatched quickly. When he arrived, we pointed out the small visible link and he had to cut into the wall for the major leak. He capped off the major leak, and returned on the morning of 5/31 with a part to complete the fix. When he left, we assumed he had repaired both leaks because they had been pointed out to him. We left the house for several hours and when we returned, there was standing water under the sink.
I called Day & Night again to have them come back and complete the repair. I was told the original plumber wasn’t available until Thursday 6/6 — almost a week from today. They could send someone else before then but we would need to pay for an emergency call. I told them we couldn’t shut off the water for a week while we wait for them, and we need a fix before an upcoming trip. The dispatcher said they would only cover the fix if the original plumber was the one to complete the repair “because he needs to fix his own mistake”. I agree with that, but it is ridiculous they can’t make arrangements for the work to be done within 24 hours. They didn’t fix the problem in the first place!
I’ve called another plumber and will incur additional charges because Day & Night is unwilling to stand by their work and make it right. I will dispute their charges due to an incomplete job and report them to BBB. Beware of Day & Night Plumbing.
Casey did an excellent job of installing a new kitchen faucet. It took some time to get an appt but the wait was worth it and their prices are very good. I will use them again.

Corey was absolutely a life saver after we had plumbing issues over the holiday weekend. He was very professional and resolved the issue quickly. Day & Night will be who we call for all our future plumbing needs.

I needed to hire someone to fix my air conditioner Now at the end of the day. Brian Barela from day and night.Plumbing and heating in Albuquerque was phenomenal.

It was 4th of July and I called three plumbers. One responded but didn’t have a member to do service. When I asked who they recommended they sent me to D&N. They responded quickly, came to the house, had a great app to track the service person’s arrival, and quickly solved my clogged sewer line. Whew. Thank goodness there are people still responding to emergencies on holidays. I would highly recommend them!

I really appreciate Day and Night Plumbing. I've had some really bad experiences with different plumbing companies ie, Moreno Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, my home warranty company gave me option to use a company of my choosing this time and I couldn't be more pleased. My technician's name is Casey, he was professional, quickly fixed the issue and actually took the time to show me exactly what he fixed, he even gave me pro tips for how to avoid the same issue in the future, recommended having my water heater flushed and also keeping mu utility closet free of dust. Thank you Day and Night Plumbing and Casey. We have been absolutely miserable without hot water. We will definitely be using Day and Night Plumbing for all our plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

I was pleasantly surprised on how cordial and professional I was handled by Day and Night plumbing. Doug was very knowledgeable and made sure to inform me of all my options on what needed to be done. He performed his tasks very efficiently and affectively. I was very pleased with the work that was done and how Doug went about his business. He made sure that everything was cleaned up and spotless when he was finished. I would truly recomend them to anyone, their price was more than reasonable for the work he did. Tried to use my a/c and found that it would not turn on it would just keep blowing the fuse. I requested an appointment online and got a response the next business day. Technician Donavan that came to my house called to say he was on his way. He showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and informative on everything that he was doing. The work done was great the prices were reasonable. Day & Night Plumbing, Heating & Cooling will be who I use from now on!

Everything from scheduling the appointment to having the work done was a very good experience. They had a tech out the next day who called me the night before to discuss the project to make sure he had everything he needed and also called and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He did a fantastic job and even cleaned up the area when he was done. Thank you!
