I had JP Plumbery give me a quote on some plumbing work I needed done in my business. I believe his name was Steve that came to quote the job. He was so polite and professional. He quoted me a fair price.
Ben was the technician that came to do the plumbing work. He was on time and very friendly. I was quoted that I would have to do the drywall repair, however they installed a panel in the wall for no extra fee so I did not have to do any drywall repair. This was a wonderful surprise! Ben was super quick with the job, walked me though his work when he was finished and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using JP Plumbery again!!!
JP Plumbery has a good reputation for a reason! Had some repair work done on our water heater and they did a quality job. Really appreciate the friendly service and the education on maintenance for longevity of our system. Would recommend to all my ABQ neighbors.

Ben from JP Plumbery showed up at the scheduled and promptly installed our new hot water heater. He was professional and competent, completing the installation as specified in the estimate proposal. Ben cleaned the worksite, hauled away the old heater, and reviewed the installation with us. We could not have ask for a better effort. I would highly recommend JP Plumbery and Benjamin!

Had a wall leak. Entire process was prompt, professional, and courteous. From phone call to scheduling to repair all top notch. Billing invoice reflects fair and reasonable charge. Could not have been more pleased with the entire team process.

We previously used JP Plumbery to convert from evaporative coolers to refrigerated central air (great job then btw). This time around we had them switch us over from tank gas water heater to tankless gas water heater. They did a great job once again! Ken and Chad were professional and knowledgable, getting it done in just under a full day. Their customer service and support is awesome as well. I’d definitely recommend JP Plumbery to family and friends!

JP Plumbery does all our new construction homes. They do great work and we highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have! Jose is our favorite plumber there. He is so thorough and does extremely high quality work!

I selected JP Plummery to upgrade my swamp cooler to central AC and install a new furnace, and I’m very happy with my choice. I received 5 different quotes from other suppliers, but decided to go with them after carefully considering my options. (1) I performed a heat/cooling load calculation on my home and they were the only ones that recommend the appropriate size. Everyone else sized or higher and used brands I didn’t prefer.(2) During the home evaluation, I was told that I’d have to wait about a month. I figured if they were backed up in scheduling it’s because they are in high demand, and that’s a sign of a good reputation. (3) I checked the better business bureau, and they weren’t listed. One of the other companies that gave me a quote was. When you are spending a pretty penny for this kind of upgrade reputation matters!
Last week, the central AC system and two-stage furnace was installed. I was not only pleased with the quality of the work, but the attentiveness of the technicians. Manny and Dylan answered all of my questions, and were very through in addressing all concerns I had. After they completed the install I felt reassured by the quality of their work that I chose the right company. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

This company took over Sunshine Plumbing residential accounts and has been great to work with. I have used them on several occasions, and Ben is a favored technician. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, responsibly priced.

My neighbor recommended JP Plumbery to me. From scheduling to final install, everything went smoothly. I had to wait a while to get an appointment for my toilet install, but it was worth the wait. Ben was efficient and friendly. His communication was great, and he even pointed out that I could apply for a city rebate. AND he took a peek at a bathtub issue I am having to give me a little feedback. He left no messes, and hauled away all of the packaging from the toilet delivery. This will be my new go to plumbing company!
