He kept us in the loop every step of the way, including when the weather delayed the roof install by a day, and he followed up to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. The roof was professionally installed, even painting the fixtures to better match the roof. The crew worked over 10 hours per day for two days to complete it and we're enjoying having the new roof! We would use their services again.

I have to say that when I hired this company, I had all the faith in the world that they would do a great quality job and have great customer service. I have never been disappointed more in my life with a company. We had a simple shingle roof that we had to get replaced and we have been dealing with this company for two months After they replaced it. The quality of the work was terrible. We paid for four vents that they never installed. And then they came back and ripped up the new roof to install them. Only to find out they installed the wrong ones, but we would not let them replace them again. Samantha showed up once in a great while to check the roof and kept sending out a crew to fix all the mistakes over and over again. We’ve been trying to gain closure just to be over with this nightmare. I’m a very reasonable person and when I am paying over $17,000 for a good quality roof I expect great customer service and great quality. They have never come back to do a final inspection and we have yet to give them the final payment. I guess the next step is for our attorney to contact them. Please do not use this company. Thank you.
