Used these people for my smoke shop all this business does is let you know someone’s inside your building if you miss the call they call the cops 4 min later plenty of time for the Albuquerque criminals to do what they need to do you get to the shop just to see you been broken into you watch you cameras to see all your stuff you work hard for get stolen cops show up hours later get you a Ring camera save your self a headache and buy the Ring camera the criminals fear that once they see it they leave ring doorbell camera does a better job then this company waste of money you couldn’t last break in I had them at gun point and arrested cops said the Ring strikes again get you something that works criminals see the TSA sticker and know they have 6 minutes to get you…am I paid in full or do I owe you guys money??so I believe it was my choice not to continue business with you guys because it was pointless after 4 break in I figured I didn’t need you guys I got the ring door bell and started preventing the break ins you guys were no longer needed I kept them out with the ring door bell instead of getting a call from you guys saying someone was inside as far as my Dispensary you guys wanted to take advantage and sell me everything under the books telling me it was mandatory your Sales man is the rude over selling salesman who only got the same energy he put out and that is why I took my business elsewhere
Had their service for a few months now and have had zero complaints. Easy to use, very affordable, and gives us the peace of mind knowing my business is safe. Matthew and Dylon were very knowledgeable and courteous when walking us through the setup process. Highly recommend.

After doing four quotes with four security system companies, and a wide range of choices, we decided on The Alarm Store for the most reasonable price, and the most realistic hardware and service that met our needs. We felt comfortable with the technicians, Matt and his associate, during the installation. They were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions clearly. We also feel comfortable that we can call with questions in the future and get the best performance out of our system with their help. We're glad we made this choice.

Kevin updated our security system. He made sure everything was working properly, answered our questions & patiently explained how to use the system. I would highly recommend.
