Great service and a staff that answers the phone. Installed a new garage door and motor. Came back after a few weeks of cycling the door to readjust everything. Hope I don't have to call them again except for maintenance.
Just a thank you very much for allowing our garage door to be repaired this quickly. The young man representing ABC Door is a great asset to you. Professional yet friendly as well and did a super nice job. Pretty fast too.

This awesome company did an amazing job on my project. Nathan is an expert at problem solving. Tom's site visit to assure the exact work in advance was perfect. I'll return to work these folks again and again for any future needs. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company based on a few factors that I had to deal with. The first issue is the service technician was late. We were given a two hour window to expect the technician yet the individual was unable to arrive with such a gracious buffer. The next issue is the individual did not have much experience. The technician looked at the issue and said wow I’ve never seen that before. Mind you this is an issue in which the receiver is not receiving the signal from the remote. The technician spent the next 20 to 30 minutes trying to call somebody on the phone just to be told that it’s broken. Nothing the technician did was special or required any additional skills. We spent $100 just for the person to tell us it’s broken which was obvious. For these two reasons I would not recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used ABC Door. The first time, I sold the house with the garage door opener they installed still functioning perfectly. This time, I got another high quality door opener. The installer, Jorge, discovered why I couldn't open the door - the spring had broken. I now have a new spring, and my garage door works again. Jorge was professional, did not race through the installation, and I am glad I used ABC Door again.

We had a great experience with ABC Door Company. I called and spoke with your scheduler on the phone. She was polite and got me scheduled relatively quickly. On the day of service I got a text that the tech was on the way. Jorge showed up at our house. He was friendly and professional. He took a look and gave me our options. He had the new opener with him and got it installed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Our experience with ABC Door was great. Sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly, price was lower than other bids, installers were professional, and the door itself looks great. I have no reservation in recommending ABC to anyone needing a garage door install.

I just had Jonathan with ABC Door come out to repair my garage door and have to say I'm VERY satisfied with his service. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Jonathan is an asset to your company. I highly recommend ABC Door to anyone seeking a honest and affordable company for garage door service or repair.

Excellent customer service from the time I called to schedule the appt. through the final work. Jonathon came out and was so professional and polite. What a hard worker, too! He estimated the job of replacing my 1/2 horsepower motor to a 3/4 horsepower to be between 90-120 mins. He was done in just over an hour and the quality of work was great!
Their prices were very reasonable. They made recommendations for repairs but were not pushy at all and nothing that had to be done as I can't afford them all at this time.
Great experience! I called out 2 other companies that both said I need the garage door replaced due to 2 small cracks. ABC didn't agree and my garage door is functioning beautifully with the new motor. Thank you!
