This Company is always hiring because they are terminating employees when they speak up about Discrimination and racist comments made to them especially Hispanics . Multiple Lawsuits have been filed on them , complaints to HR have been made nothing gets done . Guy Stevenson Jr is the Racist mechanic who only services who he wants and makes his smart remarks to Hispanic Employees .. Sweatt is obviously fine with his Racist comments to grown men . Hostile work environment is all Sweatt Construction is . Employees work in poor conditions cuz he don’t do “any Mexican Favors”.
