I had them fix a broken window And that was great service, after he was done with the replacement. We got to talking about replacing the screens on all the windows and the door hardware on the screen door. I gave him the money to buy all the material. He showed up 2 weeks later with half my screens and the other half he said he needed more money for screen and had to order the hardware for the door. It now has been 2 more weeks and no call no show. My money is gone along with half My screen frames. I will be following up tomorrow Or the next day with the office to see what happened to my stuff...
