PNM red-tagged our gas line because we had an internal gas leak. Michael from Noble Mechanical came over the same day, found the leak quickly, fixed the leak, replaced our water heater, and had it all done in 2.5 days. He and his guys stayed late to get the job done, and did everything they said they would do in a very timely manner. Additionally, they patched the drywall where they had to make a hole to repair the gas line. Would definitely recommend these guys, they are awesome!

The good: Michael & crew REALLY wanted to make me happy, and they pretty much succeeded. They came up to the Jemez Mountains for this job, which is hard to get contractors to do (especially in the winter). They provided a superior product (Lochinvar 95% efficient boiler) at a price within the bounds of what I was told to expect for an old-fashioned boiler. The bad: Noble neglected to warn me that I was their first experience installing this complicated system. They thought it would take only a couple days, but it took over a week. They insist on 50% down-payment (this is the first time I have been happy with a company after agreeing to 50% up front). Lastly, their working hours conflict with my schedule. They worked long days, but started around 11:00 (after an hour drive to my house). I am more of an 8:00 to 4:30 person.
