One of my A/C units stopped working in the July heat. Blake came out and found a leak. He quickly and competently remedied the problem and had our cool air blowing again. We have used Mark Carpenter many times and highly recommend this company.

Scott and Trent were very polite and respectful. Scott was able to quickly determine air conditioning issue though the part to fix it had to be ordered. They were able to get the part ordered with 2 day shipping and Scott and Trent were able to set it up so i could use it during hottest times of days while we waited. Thank you...

He was extremely communicative, called me ASAP, and ensured everything was taken care of, even when my tenants couldn't be reached. Scott sent me pictures of the completed work, and the cost was very reasonable for both the diagnostic and the repair. 10/10 would recommend Mark Carpenter’s to anyone around. Very pleasant experience from the first phone call through the repair process. I had a leak in my water heater, when the technicians arrived they let me know that their company installed the unit with the previous owner of my house and that it was still under warranty. They replaced it for me just charging for labor. Good to know that honest people are still out there and will definitely use this company for any and all repairs I may have in the future.
