We had them come out and quote a new garage door, and they were able to schedule the estimate for the day after I called. Then when they showed up they took the measurements and gave me a pamphlet to browse through. Once we picked out the door we liked, they gave me a quote within minutes. We were able to pay our deposit online and start the process. The installers showed up right on time and began to diligently work (Our street was closed due to construction, but that didn't stop them). They had the new door installed in a day and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new door or even door repairs. These guys are the best.

So responsive and fast - they came out the very next day and not only fixed my immediate problem but were also flexible with me and added on some preventative care. Cody was especially helpful - kind, professional, and fast. His expertise helped me make wise & cost efficient decisions for my home.

BEWARE!! Do not give your business to this rip off manager!! We have been doing business with Beaver for YEARS. We just bought a brand new garage door from them and the installer that came out also worked on our sensors. Our sensors stopped working so we called to have them take a look at the reasoning why. The sensor wire was literally unplugged and it took the managers helper 2 seconds, if that, to plug it back in and it worked. That’s all it was yet was charged $65!! Prior to learning about the charge I made the comment to the manager that I was an idiot for not checking and he responded and said “YUP”!! I felt bad they had to come over just for that and I planned on giving them a tip (assuming I wasn’t going to be charged given the purchase and circumstances) I am a fair person I wouldn’t have minded even a $20/30 charge but seriously $65 to plug in a cord?? RIP OFFS!! Then to agree and indirectly say I’m an idiot. Wow!! I’m very saddened and disheartened with the treatment after years of business with this company. Use CAUTION prior to hiring!!

Cody and Tank came and replaced my garage door springs. They were very knowledgeable and gave me pricing before any work was done. They also gave me tips on how to keep my garage door in good condition. Coming from another service technician these guys are top notch in their field. Satisfied with my garage door working again. The girl in the office was very nice and was easy to schedule with. Would recommend to friends and family!

Matt called me as promised when he was on the way and was on time for the scheduled service call. My old chain drive Liftmaster finally failed (see pic). I wanted a quieter opener and decided on a Liftmaster belt drive after discussing the options with Matt. He removed the old drive, installed the new drive, cleaned up the work area, and hauled off the old drive. He explained things when I asked and didn't complain when I hovered a little to watch the installation.
Just a couple comments: The drive doesn't come with a light bulb installed which seems a little odd. These newer drives have the "Learn" button as part of the wall control which makes it a lot easier to program any remotes you might have.
I couldn't really think of any reason not to give them five stars other than the light bulb, but I had one and Matt gladly screwed it in for me. Just be aware that these newer drives don't play well with some LED lamps. Mine works fine with a GE Basic LED bulb, but the manual says beware.
The job was a little over $400 parts and labor.
