This was my first home inspection so I have nothing to compare it too, otherwise I may have gone a five. The home inspector spent about three hours inspecting the home and gave a very detailed report. I was impressed.
We have used HouseMaster multiple times for commercial and residential building inspections in Pagosa Springs, CO. They are professional and very thorough. Great value for the informative reports that they produce. Chris, Terry, and the team are attentive and deliver great customer service. Would highly recommend.

These guys are ON THE BALL!!!! I recently worked together with Housemasters on a Radon Mitigation project. Their service, care, and work was far above 5 stars!!!! Terry has exceptional customer service skills- she worked hard to coordinate all involved in the process with scheduling, educating, following up, and all the things!!!! And Chris’s meticulous work and care when installing the mitigation system was top notch!!!
If you have a home….get it tested for radon! And if the home has a high radon level, use Housemasters to help you manage the situation. It is totally figure outable!

Excellent and thorough report provided the next day. I spent a couple decades certifying systems on submarines and evaluating deficiencies found. If I still did this kind of work I would want these guys on my team.
