The guys did a good job, they even came out and gave us quote of what to expect. I was impressed they returned the next day to clean up around the dig area. We will definitely use M&R for our needs.

The technicians who came to the house were professional and completed the job within a timely manner. The price was steep and we approved it because were in a time crunch. After having given some thought to the price, I was able to talk with manager and we reviewed the service and arrived at a more reasonable quote for this service. I suggest if you are working with a home warranty agency to plan ahead in talking with a manager about pricing and getting an itemized statement.

Tito of M & R Plumbing Service quickly identified the problem with our A/C unit and made the necessary repairs. He went out of his way to get an authorization code from American Home Shield so that we could file a claim for reimbursement. But after waiting some 15 minutes on hold then advised that he would have to wait another 60-70 minutes on hold, we told him to go ahead and make the repairs anyway. He was very understanding and cooperative throughout the ordeal with AHS. We appreciate his efforts on our behalf. We'll use M & R again.

My experience with M&R Plumbing Service was very satisfactory. Samuel and Miles did great work. Sam explained to me about how the water heater works and what to do about maintaining it so that it could last longer. From start to finish, they stayed with the work, I observed the teamwork between them. They are both very knowledgeable about the work that they do. I am very happy and satisfied with work that they did for me. It as all about my safety and I am grateful. Thank you!

I had an urgent issue with my septic system on a Sunday, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided my Tyler. Despite it being a weekend, he tackled the problem with a smile and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but his friendly demeanor and impressive mustache added a touch of charm to the experience!

Tito & Andrew were awesome!! I have never had service so detailed, they even took apart my swamp cooler to deep clean it and made sure all parts were working properly. Very friendly, very polite and helpful in every way. They were GREAT at their job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a home maintenance/repair technician. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and able to identify our issue quickly and accurately, and took the time to thoroughly explain and ensure my understanding of the factors that caused the situation and our options to rectify it. He also clearly explaining pricing options and the excellent customer service policies of this business. Work was performed exactly as discussed in advance, timely, and and for a fair price. I am extremely grateful for the expertise and professionalism shown by Jeremy and the whole M&R Service team. Fingers crossed there are no more leaks or other plumbing troubles in our near future, but when the next one occurs, I will absolutely be calling M&R with confidence in their ability to fix it! Would recommend to anyone looking for fair, fast, and quality service in the Farmington NM area! Edit: We had a follow-up issue about two weeks after our initial service call. Sam and Andrew came out and spent several hours ensuring the matter was fully resolved, and were extremely gracious and technically skilled in doing so. I am consistently impressed with the quality of this business’s customer care and honorable business practices, specifically in this instance by honoring a warranty on previous work to completely make things right with our plumbing rather than just replacing the one part that had failed again. So grateful to know there is a dependable and trustworthy team at M&R, and for how kind everyone we have interacted with has been.
