So professional. Got a text letting me know Aaron was on his way, including a photo of him so I would recognize him. Loved that. He was so pleasant and professional. Installed a new water heater. I have used sun city before and I highly recommend them.

Best of the best. Sun City did the original plumbing on our new build 5 years ago. Since then, have had some modifications done...and in the latest case, they included their labor and parts FREE and counted it toward "warranty" work, although it was an adjustment to outdoor faucets. Just awesome...David and his team (including technician who helped us today, Estevan) are beyond outstanding. Thank you Sun City... you're the best.

I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to Jamie Murillo for all the guidance, knowledge, professionalism, curiosity and most of all his personality. Jamie went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable in our home. Thank you Jamie for all your help. Jessy ad Socorro came 4 days ago and installed our new air conditioner system. I was impressed how fast they got the job done. Both gentleman worked quick and professionally. They did an excellent job and cleaned up/removed all the trash. It is working wonderfully. Thanks Sun City for a great job done. You have some outstanding employees.

JR came and fixed my AC quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions so that I knew exactly what had gone wrong and what needed fixing. My AC was back up and working perfectly in no time. JR did a great job and it was a very pleasant experience to have him work in my home. I highly recommend JR.

Today, Sun City Plumbing & Heating came by to install a new/replacement HVAC unit for the house. Gonzalo and Johnny did an excellent job. They were highly communicative and answered every question that I had. In addition, they gave me some tips on what types of filters (pleated vs non-pleated) and MERV rating to use with the unit. Last, they explained/provided a few details on the inner workings of the unit (single-stage vs variable-speed AC). Thanks again Gonzalo and Johnny, I appreciate the Sun City service!

I'm more than happy with sun city's service today. JEFF and JOHNNY outdid themselves installing a new air unit at our residence. It was easy and I did not have any problems whatsoever with the install. I recommend to get your heat and cooling needs with sun city as it was convenient and good quality work. Thanks

Jessy and Socorro were the techs who installed our new HVAC system and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional! We could not be more pleased with our experience with Sun City. Alex came out to do an estimate, he is knowledgeable and explained the options available. Leigh Ann in the office was super easy to work with regarding scheduling our install. Next the installers Jeff and Johnny arrived and did an awesome job completing the installation of our new roof top HVAC system. Jeff and Johnny are customer service stars, they explained what they were doing, how the progress was going and completed the job including cleaning up everything...like they had never been here. So whatever is going on at Sun City it's working, best customer service we've experienced in a very long time. Hire this team you'll not be disappointed.
