This has been the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had with a business in Portales and with any business involving a vehicle! To say that they screw you over worse than any mechanic that a person has ever had to deal with says a lot! Also, since I have only physically been to the business 3 times and 2 of those 3 times, I have witnessed unhappy customers also must say that they cheat people and screw up stuff regularly. The owner Heather constantly has a sob story (which at this point I don’t know if any of them are true). I get sometimes you can have unreliable workers but it has been 2 months and the constant stream of excuses is ludicrous!
In summary I spent $500 to get my windshield fixed, and as of currently $800 on parts and labor for things they broke and now my fob doesn’t work! I have to get the fob fixed because it is a safety issue and I’m sure that will run me several hundred dollars as well!
My appointment was at 0930, I showed up at 0830 to my surprise it was a hay barn, I looked over to see another customer standing by his truck and thought that was odd. Turns out on this Thursday morning they are supposed to open at 0800 but instead showed up at 10 drunk and unprofessional. I waited for them to get to my car and note, I called them multiple days in advanced to see if my windshield was in and all good to go they confirmed to me 3 times it was. they get to my truck at 1020 and go to get the glass for one worker to walk in and just say it wasn't there... the female at front desk went to help the worker go look for the damned thing and she comes back to be saying it's cracked, I heard a shatter earlier and lo and behold while taking the glass off the rack they dropped it. I wasted 10 days waiting for the glass, and almost 5 hours dealing with these clowns. I hope this place gets black listed from the base and hope the business closes down. Been alive 22 years and this is hands down worst experience I have ever had with the company and glad I switched shops for my trucks sake.

Wonderful service. The woman up front was beautiful and a wonderful person. Plus her truck was awesome too!

These people are absolutely horrible. I had a vehicle worked on by them they managed to short out the mother circuit board on the vehicle. Which I don't know how they did that in the beginning. Further more I had to hire a mechanic to install a new 2500.00 circuit board , with a 800.00 dollar labor fee. What percentage did this company reimburse or take responsibility for damages 0%. Heather Heflin is a crook, and scam artist . TAKE YOUR VEHICLES ANY WHERE BUT THIS PLACE.

If you're looking for a shady, unprofessional, and unorganized business to support, you've found it! Everybody there talks like they just discovered cussing and it's the coolest thing.
When I first arrived for my appointment, I got smacked with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes in the main office. Once they got my car, they told me 30 minutes into my appointment that they lost the mold for my car. After another 30 minutes of searching they finally found it and got to work. When I finally get my car and it is time to pay the bill, they inform me that they had to disconnect my sensors to remove the windshield, which isn't an issue as I knew it was a possibility. They set my appointment up with the dealership to get my sensors calibrated and even handled the payment to the dealership.
I got in my car and noticed my recently cleaned car now smells like cigarettes, strong enough I think they smoked in it. When I am driving home, I realized that they had damaged the inside of my car. When I call them, their phone lines were down. The adhesive that they use to secure the windshield had dripped onto my seats and doors. When I show up to the dealership about 5 days after my appointment, the dealership informs me that All Glass never sent the payment for the sensor recalibration and this isn't the first time that's happened with them. When I try to call All Glass, of course, their phone still doesn't work. So now I pay for the calibration to the dealership and have to drive back to Portales to talk to them. When I explain the dealership situation they immediately blame the dealership instead of taking responsibility for a 'mistake' (negligence). They asked how much I paid the dealership for the work which doesn't make sense. I payed All Glass for the work ahead of time, they can see on the receipt how much they charged me and reimburse me for that amount. What I payed the dealership shouldn't matter. They said they couldn't get the money back to me until the dealership sends a receipt to them and it would take several hours to get the cash anyway. When they went out to look at the adhesive on my seats and doors, they offered to color over the mess with a sharpie. I'm no genius but that doesn't fix the issue.
The day after, my wife goes to the shop to get the money back. Instead of repaying the amount they charged us ($300) they instead were going to give us $267 since that is what the dealership charged me but instead wrote a check for $260. Luckily their phone lines were working again so I called and informed them that they owe us $300, not $260. Not only do they charge an extra $40 to book an appointment, but they also won't send the check
Avoid this business, I'll never go back.
