Brand new dishwasher was not functioning, it was close to the holiday weekend, and I was all the way up in Angel Fire; I did not have high hopes for a favorable outcome.
Quinn changed all those negatives. He made time to fit us in, and, with professionalism, exceptional communication and great courtesy, correctly fixed the problem in a most timely manner. The invoice was more than fair, and he guarantees his work.
If your brother-in-law’s neighbor’s 2nd cousin can fix it for you for free…. you go ahead and do that.
Me? I got Quinn on speed dial. 5 Stars for sure.
Everything about my experience with Quinn at AC Appliance was first rate. He fixed our freezer and along the way took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. Hopefully we won't ever need to have another appliance repaired, but if the need does arise, we will definitely call Quinn.

Easy to communicate with and schedule with but still charged me $65 for visit in which the only thing he had to do was switch on the breaker to turn on my dryer. Would have been nice if he could have decreased that fee as he was literally in and out in 3 mins!

Quinn doesn't over book himself so appointments are easy to get, no 3-4 week wait.

Very unprofessional, came over worked on dryer had to order a part which he did and came and put it in when the part came in, however the dryer started making noise almost immediately, was told about the warranty and we went back and forth for setting appointments. I waited two times on two different days and even lost a sale my self because I was as waiting on him. He wanted to come on a Sunday which I thought was odd but none the less I was going to be out of town so appointment is as made for a week day, never showed up had not answered any of my calls and or txt messages. Has not honored the warranty as promised. Very unprofessional, leaves you hanging. I was impressed at first but quickly became very disappointed. Will be contacting the BBB.

Had an issue with one of the thermostats on our dryer. Quinn had the problem diagnosed incredibly quick. As soon as the part came in, he was out to fix it. I highly recommend AC Appliance Repair. Very knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars for sure!

Quinn came when he said he would come. Gave us advice on getting the best pricing on parts. Returned phone calls in a very prompt manner and was very easy to work with. He did fantastic work. I would highly recommend AC Appliance Repair!!!!!

Quinn was amazing to work with. Keeping us updated about his timing from the beginning and showing up on time and doing a great job. Will definitely use Quinn for any appliance repair/maintenance in the future.

I called and was shocked at the responsiveness and professionalism. I was offered an appointment for the fallowing day.....and Quin showed up at the time of the appointment. I have never had such a responsibly communicative and speedy repair guy. I will defiantly call Quin again and I highly recommend him.
