Friendly folks, prompt service. Easy to deal with when renting or returning a truck. Offers rental equipment for use. Brought a piece of equipment for a diagnostic. Was told parts weren’t available for repair. That isn’t the case at all… But I like these guys.

The worst place I have ever rented from. We were looking for port a cool fans as we were doing a memorial for our. Brother who had passed away. The rudeness and no idea of how to do customer service. If we could have gotten them from somewhere else we would. When they delivered there was no instruction and didn’t even have connecting parts. We ended up not being able to use one. I would say DONT ever rent from this place. No thanks for business when picking up. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Chris was awesome. I rented his skid steer and I blew a tire in an alley with a screw, and he had some one come repair it. I ended up needing to keep it longer than expected due to the delay, and he did not charge me for the extra days. I have rented from him many times, and will continue for sure. Roswell Rental is my go to place for any equipment needs.

The person behind the counter was rude and quick to get me out the door. Then when I get home with the mower it quit working. I called the office and they were rude again hanging up on me in the middle of me explaining what happened.
I take it down to them to get another mower and was told the one I rented was the only one. He said he would give me half the money back and charged an hour even though it broke down. I got a 20'x20' area done and I needed to finish. Not happy with them. Rude and un-appologetic.?
