I really wanted to support a local business rather than less expensive Albuquerque... We stopped in and it started out great with good insight from the sales woman. She had a keen eye for design and gave us some helpful samples to take home but unfortunately she stood us up 2x on appointments to come to the house and then no follow up? I just didn’t feel like she wanted our business despite showing initial interest to help us with our bathroom remodel.

Naomi has been a life saver on our bathroom remodel....she has handled everything with calm professionalism and assisted us in selecting the perfect finishes. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received! Thanks so much.

We have used Coronado twice, the first for carpet in two bedrooms and the second for tile in the majority of the rest of the house. They were fantastic! Both projects came in at exactly what we had estimated based on online guesses. More importantly, both were done on time to extremely high standards. The tile in particular transformed our home, and in a color and style we hadn't even thought of before wandering through their vast inventory. We worked with Jacob Garcia and we just can't recommend him and Coronado highly enough.

Front store is large, many products to choose from. Deeper into the , they have a few sells represented. You can visit with experience sells rap. Customers can also call and ask to speak properly about any type of questions. Order ahead, and pick it up at Customers time. Products from inside, outside they have. Great place to buy paint, they can match any color you want.

Our initial cost proposal for carpet for 3 rooms in our home included a line item described as “full furniture”. When we asked what that entailed we were told it included any furniture that would need to be moved within, or removed from, a room for the carpet to be installed. We were also told we could lower this cost by removing all but the heaviest furniture (bed, chest of drawers, dresser, etc.), which would be handled by the installers. We opted to do this and agreed to a slightly lower cost proposal. However, after the installation was complete we received an email from our sales rep that we had been charged $355 for “extensive furniture handling”, reported by the the installers to their manager and immediately processed on our credit card, before we were even notified or had a chance to ask for an explanation. We had removed nightstands, lamps, drawers from an armoire, televisions, everything from closet floors, clothing hanging too low, etc. We asked for an explanation from our sales rep, who referred us to the installation manager and we were ignored. Be aware.
