We love our blinds from Custom Window Coverings. They are beautiful and the designer and installers were excellent. It was nice to work with people close to home (Santa Fe), rather than going to Albuquerque.
We have worked with Custom Window Coverings for the last 3 years - first through our builder, and then on our own as we have added shades to other sections of our home. The products they sell are top notch and the service from both the initial consultation to the pricing and then the installation have all been superb! I highly recommend CWC!

Overall, we are happy with our window coverings. The installers were great! The consultant we met with to order our blinds did not have their best day that day which impacted our order and the installation process. CWC worked with us promptly and cordially to complete our order.

As an interior designer working for both small and large companies for the last 40 years, I can tell you that I have never worked for a more honest, caring, compassionate company in that time. The owners Dan and Catherine have shown the utmost respect to the client and employees, bending over backwards to make sure that everything is handled to the best of our ability. They are the most devoted dedicated team to the end of providing outstanding products and serve that I have known.
Our certified full-time installers are excellent at the jobs they preform, day in and day out. We are lucky to have our local soft goods workroom who are so willing and capable of doing the most detailed projects that are presented to them. My fellow designers are top notch in the industry and a pleasure to work with. All this provides outstanding client satisfaction; I could not ask for a better team.
Upon moving to Santa Fe a year and half ago, Custom Window Coverings is the only company that I applied to work with. My intuition was correct, they are the best! I am truly honored to be working with them.

We purchased a high end condo for investment. It was important to have window treatments that added value to the unit. I believe that was accomplished with the product from Custom Window Coverings. The shutters were pricey, but in the end we felt the ROI will make them worth it. The reason for rating this experience 3 stars is the lack of communication we received through the process.
My wife made the initial contact at their store front. She said the person she spoke to wasn't very pleasant. In fact enough so that she thought about going somewhere else. But she stuck it out and set up a site walk and quote. This went smooth with the owner. We didn't realize how technical the ordering of shutters could be. Right side versus left side and which way will they slide and open. Once ordered we waited. The product had to be shipped from the manufacturer. It was an extensive wait. We had to keep checking on the status which was irritating. The product arrived and the installers found pieces damaged. A wrong piece was also shipped. This wasn't the fault of CWC. They reordered and we waited. The installers came back and finished one room, but found out once again the mfg. had bungled the second shutters design. CWC reordered again. The third time was the charm. I liked their installation crew. The two men were professional and easy to work with. As I said earlier I rated average and not great because we needed to inquire instead of being kept informed throughout the process. Otherwise we are happy with the end result. Judith has been very nice with our post installation interactions.
