I had a wonderful experience at Jake's Upholstery. The work was outstanding and the owner's are lovely, helpful people. Everything happened just as promised and I enjoy looking at my beautifully upholstered furniture every day.
A perfect experience! I called first because i only had one seat cushion to cover and I thought it might be too small a job. I spoke with Pam on the phone who assured me it wasn't. When I went in to the store I was overwhelmed by the number of fabric choices. Pam asked me what I wanted/needed and suggested the perfect fabric. I didn't even look at anything else. Two days later she called to say my cushion was ready: so fast and such a great job. I could not have improved on this experience; my chair looks beautiful. Thank you!

Very professional family owned and operated business. Great fabric sample selection. Advice if you need it ! Good turn around.

I concur with all the superlatives written about Jake's. When my husband and I came to Santa Fe, we bought many things on consignment. Anything we had upholstered at Jake's returned to us looking like new. They do a wonderful job and they're really nice people who are great to deal with.

In a town filled with artisans there is no finer example of craftsmanship and customer service than the team at Jake's Upholstery. Detailed, excellent work by a friendly, highly experienced staff. They took a junked-out "Duncan Phyfe Style" rip-off sofa we got for $75 and turned it into a down-enveloped, SUPER comfy jewel that looks like a million bucks. "Five stars" from start to finish. A special shout-out to Pam. Her helpfulness and mastery helped guide us to a spectacularly satisfying transformation within our budget!
