Highly recommend Veronica and her company Hard Rock Floors. Epoxy garage floor looks so amazing my husband has set up his office in there.

Had high hopes for this company, and Veronica seemed awesome. Unfortunately, they screwed up my floors, left a major mess, epoxied a sticker into the flooring, left flake all over the rooms and window sills. The flake was patchy and uneven. I had to pay someone else to redo it. Veronica stated (and I have a series of text messages to prove it) that she would refund me 50% because I was paying someone else. She kept flaking on that, and then blocked me from being able to submit for payment. My current contractor is helping me file a complaint with the city. They charged me a lot, and it was a MESS. I did not want to file a complaint or post bad reviews, so I gave them the option to make things right with a PARTIAL refund. I did not even ask for a full refund! They did NOT make things right. I have photos, and I am trying to upload them, but getting an error. Will upload later. I even have images of unfinished doorways, and the product sticker epoxied into the floor!
