My first experience with them was not ideal. Our tech was Carlos and he should not be in a position where you interact with customers (he has mixed reviews on here so I think it depends on his mood). When talking to the office about the situation they were incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to fit me in right away. Since my fireplace still wasn’t fixed, they sent a different technician out. Isaac was THE BEST. Professional, nice, diagnosed the problem quickly, picked up the part and fixed it, same day. I’m a property manager so I constantly have to fix things. James Plumbing is my new go to.
Great work from Carlos from James Plumbing.
He busted his a** getting our tub back into working order.
And replacing the frost-proof faucet outside.
We are super happy.

They recently helped me with a water pressure issue and I was really happy with them. Carlos came out to our house and was really personable, fixed the problem the same day that I called, and he also took the time to show me how to maintain some things myself, which I appreciated. It might've been a bit pricey, but the service was worth it.

We had a new furnace, central air unit, and a complicated toilet install done, and we were extremely happy! The office staff was helpful, friendly, and returned my calls promptly (wow, right?!!) and the on-site workers were on-time, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after. We will definitely be using James' Plumbing again!

We just used James Plumbing again, and really appreciated Carlos--for his manner and professionalism. He actually showed up 10 min. early, which doesn't always happen with contractors (!), and got the job done in a timely way. Carlos has been with this company for about 25 yrs. and is super competent and knowledgable, and he listend well to my questions and concerns re our old swamp cooler. I would use him again! --Carl M.

We called James Plumbing and Heating a few weeks ago to have them inspect our old evaporative coolers. It was too cold for them to be on the roof safely so it was delayed until today. Carlos showed up promptly at the scheduled time, did a careful inspection and gave us options. We quickly made a decision, which required custom fabrication of parts. Although he said it might take a few days for the fabrication, he called us and said he could have it "rushed" and reinstalled by the afternoon. Dominic dismantled the old units, assisted in installing the new parts, and Carlos and Dominic carried away the old units. Their service was efficient, courteous, and expeditious. I would highly recommend James Plumbing (and these technicians) to anyone needing expert service.

Thomas was on time, truly nice, and did beautiful work. He installed a new kitchen sink set, two shower heads, and remounted our water heater expansion tank with new appropriate piping. Everything was done to the highest standard. Very satisfied customer.

I called on a Monday morning at 8:00am and had a plumber in the house before 10:00am. Carlos was kind, professional, efficient, and provided great service. I put James Plumbing in my phone as my go to plumber for future needs. From the initial phone call and interacting with the person who answered the phone to when Carlos finished the job, it was a great experience all the way around. I highly recommend James Plumbing!! And if you get Carlos, consider yourself lucky!

Thank you James Plumbing and a big thank you to Carlos! Carlos was amazing. He was prompt, informative, and really knew his stuff. He fixed our various issues and he knew immediately what was needed. He stayed on task and also explained everything that was done and what to look for going forward. At all times I felt that the work needed was exactly what was needed (I never felt that anything unnecessary or anything to raise the price was suggested). Our house is warm again our furnace is working great! Thank you Carlos.
