My elderly parents paid All Roofing over $16k to apply a silicone coating roof system with a 5-year warranty. In year 4 of the warranty, the silicone coating began to peel up in various locations on the roof. In a section over the garage, a leak occurred, which resulted in significant damage to the garage ceiling. I intervened on my parents behalf and contacted the owner regarding the peeling areas. He initially indicated that since a roof mounted A/C unit had been replaced a couple of years after the silicone coating had been applied to the roof, the warranty for the entire roof was void. However, he indicated that he would repair these various areas for additional money. The warranty paperwork does not support the owner's claim that the warranty is void. Additionally, the areas where the silicone coating is peeling off were not near the A/C unit and were on separate sections of the roof. After much back and forth communication he agreed to repair the areas where the silicone coating was peeling off. In June 2023, they applied silicone coating to a portion of the garage roof area that had leaked in 2022. No effort was made to repair the interior ceiling of the garage that had been damaged by the roof leak. No work was done to the other areas of the roof where the silicone is peeling off. I again contacted the owner regarding the other areas and he again attempted to avoid honoring the warranty by stating it was void, which is incorrect. After additional communication, he again agreed to repair the other areas, but to date has not done so and does not respond to attempts to contact him. Based on my dealings with the owner, his business practices are questionable and the quality of work is substandard. His attempts to take advantage of an elderly customer are shameful and dishonest. Potential customers should be aware of his business practices and that any warranty offered may not be honored. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

By far the worst roofing company anyone could ever go to I paid for a roof replacement and they only coded it Then after less than a week they housed me and threatened me for the remaining balance after they finished the work Instead of waiting 30 days like normal business would then only 2 days after my roof started to leak worse then it originally did we had to turn our Electric off because the roof was leaking from electrical outlets and lighting it was a horrible experience we lost food for no power My home got more destroyed than it ever was worst company ever
