Now I call this a good company so far . I talked to James and he was very helpful with all the questions I had asked him. He also had great attitude ? he didn't talk over me but listening to what I had to say. A Gold Star ? for James. Also didn't try to make up stuff . This is what I have experienced so far waiting to see my roof fixed now . Then I will send out another experienced I have with Don James Roofing Co . See you soon . Thanks again.

David McCullen and the entire crew at Don James Roofing are amazing! The customer service, responsiveness, quality of workmanship, and price far exceeded my expectations.
I live in Virginia City and it is difficult to get services up here. I called more than a few dozen roofing companies and only a handful even bothered to respond to my call. Further complicating my situation is a home from 1899 and that I could only afford a repair --- not a replacement during this time of COVID-19 craziness.
David assessed the problem and gave me a quick, reasonable estimate. He sent his crew just a few weeks later to ensure we beat the first snow. Three layers of old roofing removed. New wood installed. New shingles installed. And, all in one day! I could not be happier!!!! Roof repaired, until I can get the complete replacement in a few years. I will definitely be calling David when it's time to get the full job done.

They have a fantastic team at Don James roofing, I've used them to re-roof two different homes over the past ten years and they were great both times I couldn't be happier seriously.

NO Call and NO Show on 2 appointments. After calling them numerous times they assured me they would give me an estimate on fixing the leaks in my roof. It has been over 2 months and I'm still waiting! Don't hold your breath if you want them to do work for you!! You will drown in your leaks before they even come by!

I called for a quote and was told that they are a union shop and i wouldn't like their labor rates. Was then told to call some one else with no referral. They may just be pushing off business because they are busy but I would like a little more customer service.
