Nevada Glass skillfully installed a patio slider last May. They replaced the original slider that was 20+ years old. Magnificent job!
When I needed shower doors to be replaced, they ordered exactly what I wanted. Again, another professional install job. There was a problem with the rollers and guide and Nikki waited for weeks to get the proper parts. She was so diligent in making sure the supplier shipped the parts despite out-of-stock status and then backorder status. Scott and Brian replaced the parts in about 15 minutes tops. They were courteous, funny and neat.

They came out the next morning to look at my broken glass door. Another company said it would be 8-10 days. Very prompt and courteous. Thank you.

They do great work, I have been following their installs and am very impressed, I notified my niece in Incline who is purchasing a secret ND home and wants it remodeled before the move in, I will be consulting with them in the coming weeks.

What a fabulous experience. Scott of Nevada window glass completed a complicated fix for windows that were in very bad shape. Not only did he remove and recaulk windows but he also thought up a plan to make old, ugly caulk more beautiful without replacing everything. Was always timely, courteous and knowledgeable. ‘ couldn’t ask for more.

They did a beautiful job putting in new glass in the shower. They were very nice and easy to work with. Just need to improve on phone calls.

Poor service. They didn't show up on the scheduled date and didn't call to explain their absence or reschedule our appt. They didn't return my 2 phone calls the following week. When I finally called the 3rd time and got a person, they said Scott was busy and couldn't make it but they'd send someone out tomorrow. ( why would I believe that if they ignored previous dates and calls ? I said I would think about it) When I called back and declined their reschedule option - I told them I was going to another company and politely explained it was because of this poor service and lack of follow up. Without any apology or a comment about loosing my business, the receptionist said a quick, flippant "Thanks" and then hung up on me - without even a goodbye !!

We had a large window crack at Lake Tahoe. Nevada Glass went to the house evaluated and replaced with a better quality window that will withstand severe wind and temperature extremes. Everybody was easy to deal with and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend.
