No appreciation for workers.
Unsafe work conditions.
negative work environment
P.O.S machinery/equipment/trucks
negative attitudes
unorganized
unprofessional
haggard
miserable work conditions
jobsites are a disaster
buildings ready to collapse
unstable roofs
dangerous heavy objects hanging off roofs ready to fall
if you have anything to say or add do not be afraid to stand up and say it
etc. I could write a novel about these lames. F#@! them and everything they stand for
My experience has been excellent. They do incredible fests that most other companies cannot do, and their work is outstanding. I look forward to lifelong pride in the work done by this outfit. Next year I want them to do huge natural stone steps for us! Thank you F&B!

F&B might be one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever encountered. The owners have the reputation for being rude and man do they live up to it.
I recently asked if they could fix a Boulder that was moved by one of their plows this winter (this is a Boulder they actually installed a year prior). Charlena wrote back and said they wouldn't because it was the weight of the snow that moved it. I said it's not possible for snow to completely tip over a multi ton boulder and she wrote back with this....
"Ok whatever you say. You been plowing snow for 50 years.
Have a good day."
I had an extremely bad experience with them doing work at my house (they would quote me one price and then try to charge triple after the fact. Or they would do work I didn't ask for and then bully me into paying for it when I never asked for it.). After that experience I told them I didn't want them damaging my property with their plows because I had read of many instances when they did and refused to fix it. She acted appalled that I would even mention it.......here we are a year later.

Wow do they do an amazing job keeping the roads clear of snow during these crazy storms. Thank you for keeping us safe.

Kathy in the front office was very rude on the phone and hung up on me. I had a simple question about snow removal, realized I made a mistake and apologized to her and she hung up on me. If you work in a front office, there are certain expectations of customer service.
