Mr. Washington did a fantastic job. He's very thorough, sincere, and an intelligent technician. He explains everything he's doing, tells the cost before doing the job. He did not leave our home until everything was working properly. Ambient is very lucky to have Mr. Washington on their staff. We've been without AC for 5 days, waiting for 2 other businesses to come and repair. We called Ambient and they were here in 20 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly recommend Ambient Edge. They offer different products so you have options. They also have a promotion for zero interest. I had Kyle as my sales associate. He was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and polite. Install occurring next week and they are moving my unit so it doesn’t block my side boat/RV/Trailer parking, as my old unit does. So new air and heating unit and access to side parking! So very happy. Again, highly recommend. They have been holding my old unit together for me, but time for a new as my coolant is no longer made. Thank you Kyle for everything! Much appreciated!
