Great service! Called Wednesday technician was out the next day. Once he was there he called and said I need a compressor fan. Sounded good to me. Then he called back and said the fan didn’t need to be replaced just the wires from the motor to the source. Saved me about $650. I wouldn’t have known the difference. Great company.

Yannick Was our AC tech and he was fabulous!!! he came in Diagnosed the problem in under 10 minutes and fixed it fast.He is a Rock Star !!! and saved us from the heat. price point was good too. very happy with the service. You guys are the super heroes of summer!!! Also Your service call lady was very nice and very professional she got my information quickly and set up an appointment ASAP. Thank you to her too.?

Quickest service we put in for a loan for a new unit and got approval same day. Todd was super productive and came that same day for measurements. Two days later the crew came Brandon and Tyler were very nice and got their part done. They were quick fast and honestly pretty quiet with everything they were doing on the roof. So happy we went through black mountain air. Now we don't have to worry about being in this triple digit heat this summer. Thank you again guys we appreciate you all. Highly recommend

Michael was super nice and informative. He was able to come out earlier than scheduled. He made the repairs needed quickly and got the cold air blowing again and let me know everything that had happened. Appreciate his hard work out there in the blazing sun.

Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Along with checking air conditioner for proper operation, he educated me on the things that I should think about when I have to decide to replace the system. He offered to work up some estimates for different scenarios from which to choose. I highly recommend Black Mountain Air.

Best service from an A/C company I’ve ever had. The Tech arrived on time checked all the issues I was having and let me know all options that were available. He (Robert) was very knowledgeable, Professional and Honest which is hard to find these days. I will be using Black Mountain Air for all future HVAC needs as well as yearly maintenance.

Every year we call upon Black Mountain to meet our service needs. This year was no exception. Michael arrived on time and explained what service he was going to perform. Once he had made his assessment, it was determined we needed refrigerant. He also recommended adding leak seal, to prevent any further problems. Once completed he called his office to see if he could give us a break on the repair, as it exceeded what we were prepared to pay. He informed us that he was able to get us discount and we were very pleased with the new amount. Yes! I would highly recommend Black Mountain, as they have never failed to meet our expectations and on occasion exceed them.

Mike arrived right on time and completed the air conditioning inspection quickly. There was no "upsell" as I've experienced with others. He did tell me about a condenser that may need replacing within a year or two, and was informative about the price and replacement. Overall I was impressed with the service he provided and his pleasant manner. Nice that I found a local company I feel I can trust!
