Once we decided to renovate our 18 year-old pool, we requested quotes from several pool renovation companies. Trident was the only one who showed up on time and provided a quote within the day. A competitive estimate we accepted more based upon their responsiveness and professionalism than cost. Our job was a full reno: plaster, tile, deck, lighting, sandblasting/sealing stone surfaces and valve repairs. As a result, we experienced several of their crews; each one of them was courteous and professional taking special care to thoroughly clean up after each phase of the job. Including weather delays, they completed the job in under three weeks, which other bidders expressed cannot be done. Funny thing is we never asked, it was if they trying to scare us away from Trident who said they could, when asked. Bottom line it was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor in this city (23 years), and the finished product looks great!! Based upon my experience, I highly recommend Trident. Final mention, each evening, their team texted us to tell us what was happening next and when crews are arriving. Important if you have dogs to tuck away. Anytime we texted a question they answered immediately. Do not hesitate to trust Trident!
My pool came out better than I expected because of the quality of the work and the owner Scott working directly with us to make sure we were happy with the results. Thanks Scott!

The paintings on the pool deck were damaged. Scott refused to paint or fix it unless I had a paint touchup. I don't have it. ??
go to Yelp because I wrote detailed information. Please do not use their service. He should hold his crew accountable for the lack of care in their work. Also, he should take responsibility as the business owner.

Scott, the warranty wasn't even an issue. It was the pool light. I called you twice because you gave me the wrong warranty information. You have to stop twisting my words. Why are you obsessed with this after a year? I strongly advise everyone not to use their service. I even filed a complaint with BBB. He refused to respond.

I chose this company for the professionalism Carson displayed during the estimate—taking his time to show me samples and making suggestions based on my taste. They replastered my pool, installed a new motor, changed the light switch, replaced one rail, added a rail, added tile to the steps, installed a valve (so I won’t have to keep filling it up manually) and painted my deck. Trident Pools (Scott and Carson) were so easy to work with and they completed my pool in a timely manner and came through on their promises so flawlessly. I highly trust and recommend this company for any pool work you need.

From the initial call to receive a quote through completion, every step was perfect. Everyone was professional, followed through and communicated keeping me abreast of what they were doing and what would be the next step, etc. My jacuzzi needed pretty much everything replaced from equipment to the tile and plaster. Trident did an amazing job and I will refer them to everyone I know.

The estimate was simple, Jon Huff didn't try to upsell or pressure me into getting more than I wanted, but gave me all available options. Out of 7 companies I contacted they were 1 of 2 that actually responded and came out. They offered a 5 year warranty on their plaster and explained in detail what I needed to know to make the right decision. Jon even gave me some tips on how to freshen up the pool deck. The owner came out before work started and went over the agreement again in detail so he understood exactly what we wanted. He also came by when the crew was done to show us how to care for the new plaster. The reason why I went with Trident Pool was the honesty and integrity I felt they provided. The lighting system we originally were going to get wasn't going to be available due to shipping problems, so he offered a better one and didn't change the contract price. The men came out, worked efficiently, cleaned up after the work was done, and did an excellent job. Our pool looks brand new with a fun lighting system that changes color.
