I had a handful of carpet laying companies come by give an estimate. One of the long standing companies were too timid to work with this special Kane carpet. Floors Etc. was the only company that did a blueprint of the job. The pattern flows constant and the work is clean. They saved me money on the material i found elsewhere. The owner Trina suggested i have those boring oak type rails painted. Nice mini remodel and a stylish outcome.
This place has done all my flooring for the last 15 years. They are reliable, also they fixed and matched a problem I had with a vinyl floor that got messed up with a tenant, they matched the grain of the vinyl and now the floor looks brand new again. These guys are awesome good people. Thank you.

Floors Etc did an excellent job! I'm an out of state, real estate investor/architect so I value quality and cost. I hired Floors Etc (referred by my property manager) to replace my tenant's old carpet with vinyl plank flooring for its durability and aesthetics. I worked with Trina directly who I highly recommend since she has an eye for picking appropriate wood grain prints. She's very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and will compose and photograph finish options based on the homes existing, prominent interior finishes. The finish flooring and base board installation were CLEAN. My rental property now appears more spacious, current and rental value enhanced. I will use them again when it's time to replace carpeting at my other properties.
