Amelia was excellent! I had a poor experience with a competitor. She was on time, prepared, and ready to go. She wasted no time and I felt like I got the best quality at a good value. Amelia listened to all my concerns. She was very thorough. I am definitely going to stay with her! Request her if you can! You won’t be disappointed.
08/09/23: Extremely disappointed. I had used this company before and the results were great. Todays service was the complete opposite. I paid for a 3 hour cleaning. The cleaner was here for just over 2 hours (9:11-11:38); multiple areas of the house were not cleaned including the indoor windows, bath faucet, laundry room floor, large closet not vacuumed etc. I received 75% of the scheduled time, 50% quality of service, for 100% cost. Being someone who works from home, I don’t have the time to watch what the cleaner is doing. I hire a company because I assume the employees should know how to do their job. The company told me “I did not point out these areas to the cleaner”; I shouldn’t have to point out to clean the inside of the shower specifically if I walk through the house with the cleaner and request the bathroom to be cleaned? Out of the cleaning services I’ve used, this is the last I would recommend to anyone.

I was impressed! From the moment I met Amelia and Heidi, very professional and huge smile. Asked what was my priorities and did an amazing job! Called John and schedules recurring monthly services! 6 stars! Thank you so much!
