Installation went seamlessly, a little longer than quoted time but I was very pleased with the results. ACLV purchased the company I had done business with for about the last 10 to 12 years and I was pleased with the transition. My new air conditioning system works like a gem and I am thoroughly pleased. Especially happy with my monthly payments decreasing about $100.00 a month this past summer.
The technician (Mason Jones) was on time, friendly, and checked out both our main house and Casita units. The A/C coolant systems were checked on both units and were within normal operating range. He also washed downed the compressor units which was appreciated. Since we have a service plan, the system checkup was no additional charge and he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I appreciated the friendly nature and he was done within an hour. Since there was a recent merger of companies, it appears that they handling their business very well. I would recommend ACLV Heating & Cooling.

Professional friendly knowledgeable. William was very honest and thorough with his job. Next there was and he educated me and my husband. Finally we received excellent service by 7 men from installation to duct cleaning! Thank you to everyone my blessings be upon your lives!

Adam did a great job with the follow up intimation of my new air conditioner. He was friendly and professional (as well as his co-workers) The company is great as far a follow up as well. They make sure you are happy with their work.

Unit was installed 4 weeks earlier and had stopped functioning all together. The tech that responded identified faulty wiring in the thermostat and repairs were accomplished quickly. The bio sent out by fetch a tech was in fact not the person who showed at the residence. It would seem that if the install crew had taken time to do the job properly this whole service call could have been avoided

Excellent, informative customer service by the office ( that's unusual!) and especially Adrian who came out to the house. This company makes you feel safe and informed and protected all for a reasonable price!
I purchased a yearly contract and now don't have to worry about my plumbing either, no more water heater draining for me!!

I want to make sure I name all employee involved. I got a referral from Kim and Lucy. I live in a condo and needed a check up on my furnace. They had a great service call for 49$ so I called and see a appointment for a Friday in the window of 12-3 . Kim gave me a courtesy call to let me know Holden and Adrien where on there way . My coils needed to be cleaned bad and my duct as well. We negotiated a good price and they got to work. Everything went great both gentlemen are great explaining the work and very professional. Holden is a great guy extremely personal and knowledgeable he is definitely a great employee hope they hang on to him. I would definitely recommend this company. I got a great price in a new unit and plan on getting it done this year. Yes great service honest people and another big thank you to Kim she is awesome!!!!

Just had a new AC system installed. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about pros/cons of different options. Didn't pressure me to go with most expensive one. Very fair price, especially when the NV Energy rebate was figured in. Installers showed up on time, and finished the job in predicted time frame. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Some drywall repairs were expected, and were taken care of a few days later. Great work. However, before the drywall guys arrived, I noticed 3 issues that the AC installer had left unfinished. I called ACLV, and they sent a more experienced guy out right away. He took care of the 3 issues, and apologized for not having to come check the work of the installer on the day of the installation. Everything looks great, and the system is working well. I recommend ACLV.

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!! Can't say enough good things about Chris White and his colleagues who were involved in my recent replacement of my 20 yr old unit that I've been keeping bandaided together since I bought my home in 2009. Chris was outstanding at thoroughly answering every one of my questions every step of the way. Because ACLV is a licensed contractor with Nevada Energy they were able to offer me a rebate deal that made a superior unit affordable for me! And there were some issues with a manufacturer warranty that had changed, but Chris found a way to get me a better warranty unit also! And all of this was done in 36 hours from quote to installation!!! Highly recommend ACLV even though I had been using a different company for 2x a year checks. I'm CONVERTED! Thank you ACLV!!! Thank you very much!!! :D
