Anael came out to service our units. He was professional and honest and provided pictures and details of what he did and recommendations for things that needed to be done. This company has an affordable maintenance plan that will keep our units running smoothly throughout the year.
Buenos Aires technicians are amazing! Honest and fair....they are well trained and aren't out to take advantage or rip you off like most AC companies. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Called 32 companies for help. Air conditioner died last night. Buenos Aires came to the rescue. Charlie the tech was able to resolve our issue in 30 min. Extremely professional. We had someone out to service it before. They told us all the things we needed to fix. They said we had a bad air conditioner. I felt they were trying to scam us. We decided we would just wait till it died . Charlie came out after 11pm. He said the unit was old, but in good condition. He replaced two capacitors. The air conditioner works great now. We probably could have avoided this if we had it serviced. We will now have it serviced by Buenos Aires. Can't say enough how happy we are with the service we received.

I called Buenos Aires for Information on mini splits. The owner of Buenos Aires came to my house. He explained what my options might be and took the time to give me all the information I needed. I decided to just stay with my HVAC System, and I feel good about the decision I made. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Oh my gosh!! Buenos Aires a/c was awesome!! They showed up on time and were able to fix all five of my a/c units within hours! Geo had a great attitude and was super kind and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend BA A/C!

My name is Reanne and Charlie stopped by as scheduled for bi-yearly maintenance on my ac unit. I signed up for their service program and as such they always remind me when my ac is due for maintenance check, which I always appreciate because I never remember these things. Charlie was very professional and was mindful of using shoe covers, which I am thankful for because I'm usually too shy to say anything when workers come over and forget to put shoe covers on. And thank you Charlie for letting me know I didn't need to use extra filters since my monthly subscription comes with changing the filters. Also I do appreciate him taking photos of the job he does with the outside ac unit. Not that I doubt their work ethic but it's nice to have that reassurance since I'm sure he's not obligated to record his work with photos. It's a nice gesture.

I called for an estimate at 3pm for a system replacement and within a hour their supervisor Romer was at my property. He got his information and quickly had my estimate,
He was very professional and explained the total replacement in detail.
The installers was excellent! They replaced my 4 ton Condenser very professional and timely.
I highly Recommend Buenos Aires! Their customer service is top notch and professional.
They has a Customer for life!
