Wes came up on last minute notice several states away to install our screens after an error in production. No grass grows under his feet. He worked non-stop and with excellence to get the install done perfectly and quickly. So impressed with this company, its integrity and professionalism from employees like Wes & the responsiveness from James. Would definitely use them again.
I really recommend using this company for security screens, I've used them in 3 homes and loved everyone color is got. I had some issue and they are always quick to resolve them, ive used other security screen companies and the quality is not even close to boss screen materials

After multiple breakins we decided to call Boss Security Screens to stop living in fear of the next attempt. Customer service is 5 star! They make a point of keeping in touch with you along the way for updates while your screens are being processed. Product and installation were great! I highly recommend Boss Security Screens for their quality, customer service and ultimate sense of security.

I recently had security screens installed on all my windows and doors by Boss Security Screens, and I couldn't be happier. The screens are sturdy, and the installation was seamless. I had a pleasure to work with Boss Security screens for my home. It took some time to wait for the screens to arrive, but it was fine to wait as customer support was outstanding and James (the owner) himself was curating the project and installations. Amazing work and great service! We ordered our screens a few months back and they came out, measured, provided the cost, helped with financing, and they look great! We could not possibly be happier with the screens, the sales and office support, and the installers.
I want to especially thank our incredible installers Mark, Chris, Ray, DeShon, and T! They did absolutely beautiful work and everything works to perfection.
I hope we never move but if we do, we will be making BOSS security screens one of our first upgrades :)

I own East Valley Tactical, and needed a security screen that could protect my business. The sales person came out promptly and answered all my questions. Then the installer came out and designed a perfect mounting solution for both the window and door.
I ended up waiting almost 6 months for the product to arrive and be installed, which was frustrating to me. However, looking back, the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installation made the wait worth it to me.
The door and window are incredibly robust. If someone breaks into my home, it won’t be through these entry points.
I would recommend Boss Screens to my customers, friends, family, and anyone else interested.
