We purchased a Barn Door. At the time of purchase we were told that we had to do our own painting. We found that a little odd but we couldn’t find another company that has barn doors.
On the day of installation, the door came with nicks, then the header to attach the hardware looked like it was a scrap piece. I told our installer Hector and he called the store and another was brought in. After the install I noticed that on each side of the door opening you could see into the bathroom shower. Hector was our installer he did what he could and put it up as he should. We don’t blame Hector for the product itself he did his job. We feel the product itself, isn’t quite worth the price we paid unfortunately.
We recently decided to purchase a triple panel sliding door as well as two other entry doors and windows from The Window and Door store. So far the slider has been installed and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a beautiful door, great quality and installed flawlessly. Dealing with the staff has been a great experience and their pricing has been very competitive.

I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors (I’m an architect) and it is typically very difficult to find quality professionals for small home projects. The Window and Door Store not only had the best pricing but they also had the best service. We got 3 quotes for the same product and this was the only company that could provide us with soup to nuts service. We had an 8’x 8’ sliding door from Western installed at our home and it arrived right on time. Scheduling the install was easy and installers showed up on time as well. We ran into a scheduling snafu with the stucco and drywall repair crew but TWDS was on top of communicating with us and got it resolved without too much issue. Austin was very cordial and made sure the door was working perfectly. We appreciate the professionalism and will recommend!

I can't express how happy we are with our new windows and doors! From initial quote through install, every step was seamless. We were kept informed on a regular basis about schedule and actually received our windows and doors two weeks early. The installers did an amazing job and answered all of my questions. I recommend the Nevada Window and Door Store to anyone looking to replace existing windows and doors - and already have to a number of friends and family. Great job to everyone involved!

I did a lot of research on windows prior to purchase. The Window And Door Store exceeded my expectations. My salesman Brian Braboy was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The installers arrived on time, completed the job timely and cleaned up the area, which included washing the windows. Finally, I give a rating of superb with five plus stars ⭐️ and recommend this company highly.
Also, my neighbors are expressing compliments on the windows appearance. I captured a few photos.

Great prices, friendly service from salesman, Brian B to the installers, Austin L., Hector G and their helpers. Better pricing and warranty than Anderson and another company. Windows and sliding door installed in one day and it looks great. Replaced 35 year old windows and got rid of the inside grids for a more open look. We have definitely notice a difference in less noise and even temperatures. Have had great compliments from my neighbors. Wife is happy which is what matters the most. ?
Would definitely recommend this company and team.

We are extremely pleased with the 4-panel sliding door & replacement windows we purchased from the Window Door store. We are pleased with the excellent quality of the windows and they look great. But what really stood out is the customer service. Brian, our sales rep came right out after we called and gave us the bid while at our home. He did a great job of explaining our options, pricing & schedule. The sliding door and windows arrived on time, as promised, and were installed by their friendly and competent team. We had a tight schedule and they came through completing the entire job in 2 days. This is fast considering they accomplished demo, install, electrical, stucco & drywall. They really know what they’re doing and the speed and quality is impressive. We highly recommend and will do business with these guys again at first opportunity.
