Through our entire experience with Kera Bath & Shower, we received professional, timely, and detailed information and communications. Every step in the process was handled as though we were their only customer. The installation far exceeded our expectations with the care and cleanup taken as they worked. We love our finished primary and secondary bathrooms. We highly recommend Kera and only wish they could have handled our entire renovation project, which included areas outside of their scope. Kera Bath & Shower upgraded our shower doors to a frameless enclosure that we have wanted for some time. The estimate was fair and the enclosure was ready earlier than expected. They also got here on time. The installers were respectful of our home and informative. We would definitely hire them again!

Had my stand-up shower frame and glass replaced. Excellent job and the guys were done in a couple of hours. Kera Bath and Shower had the least inexpensive quote and the quality of the work was top-notch. Would use them again

Can't say enough good things about my new shower door. It's beautiful. Ed's did a perfect job measuring. Was ordered, and had door within 10 days. Expertly installed. So happy.

The employees were responsive to phone calls and nice but the final install did not at all match what I wanted. They added a random splice outside the tub and just caulked it in as well as putting some ugly chunky mouldings over the panel wall seams with big caulk lines. If they would explain what the finished product will look like when they do
the measure/consult/estimates it would help the customer understand what they are paying for. I was very unhappy with the finished product and their response was only " that's how we always do it". If you want a beautiful solid seamless shower this is not it.

Terrific experience throughout. During the quote the guy just got down to business whereas the other major business competitor in town showed me a slideshow from his Christmas party and wasted my time. In addition, Kera is half the cost of the others but is high quality. Everything ran smooth throughout. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from the office staff. Scheduling was a breeze. Just had my guest bathroom done and Kera Bath did an amazing job. Everyone arrived on time. Alvaro and the team were polite, clean and very professional.
I would highly recommend them (and I will) to family and friends.
Can't wait for our second bathroom to be done.
Wished I knew the owner(s) name to personally thank them.
