I called this establishment many times finally got a hold of a man named Carlos who said it be out called him a number of times never saw them not very professional
Contacted them about a warranty. The first time I was placed on hold and no one ever returned to the line . The next day I was hung up on and then they stopped answering the phone. The funny thing is they never even asked me any details. As soon as they found out I was calling about a warranty, they discontinued all contact. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Read other reviews! Seems like the only positive ones are from people who work there

They had an employee use my social security number to gain employment and didn't help resolve my situation. They have my information and acted like the other individual info was classified.

My wife and I purchased a home the Savona development in Summerlin from Woodside Homes. Within the first two weeks of purchasing the home we noted to the customer service representative that the stucco on the front and back of the home were patchy and needed repair. A company representative came out and agreed to fix the patchy look. Eventually someone was sent out to repair the back of the house, which took two attempts, but the job was a reasonable repair, and since the repair was on the back of the house, I accepted it. I had to make numerous calls to Woodside and it took months for someone to come out from the Stucco company to work on the front of the house. The Desert worker only tried to fix the patchy stucco on the lower front of the home, and did nothing to the second level. The worker added stucco to one side of our arch doorway and not the other, and I told the worker it looked uneven, but he l did nothing about it. He also tried to patch other areas of the lower level. When he was finished it looked worse than when he started. It took about seven months for Desert to send out another crew. This time they worked on both the lower and upper level (still did not add stucco to the other side of the arch doorway). When the crew finished, the worker that was putting stucco on the lower level said to me "I am sorry that is the best I could do". After the crew did the repair, the front of the house looked 10 times worse than it did before the repair. Patchy stucco everywhere. I called the manufacturer of the stucco material and sent a picture of the job, and the representative told me that because Desert did not cover the entire front and only patched, the stucco is thicker in those areas that were patched and that is why it looks so uneven. Woodside painted over the patchy stucco, over my objection, which has made the uneven front even more pronounced. Stay away from Desert Plastering
