Don’t waster your time or money, the talked me into going with Pebble glass plaster, the plaster had many problems and they tried to fix them with acid after acid and ruined the plaster, they refused to make it right . Then became very rude and unprofessional. Hired another company to chip out and re-plaster pool .

The truth is they are super affordable and did a great job with the pool. I am very happy with the work they did with the pool and the price that I had paid for it. Mike was the one who came out and quoted our property. He was super friendly and great with communication. The reason they received 2 stars and not the 5 is the damage they caused to my property and the drama that ensued afterwards. They turned off the water to all of the exterior of my property instead of just turning off the autofill. In the middle of summer with 110+ degree heat, my lawn and vegetation all started dying. Both my front yard and back yard went 2 weeks without water and until I received notice from my HOA that my yard was dead (I don't live at the property). Upon completion of the job, I informed Jose, the manager who refused to take responsibility and instead spoke down to me like I'm crazy for watering my yard multiple times a day, 6 days a week in vegas in the middle of summer. Long story short, after using another company and conspiring to defraud me and getting caught with solid evidence that would jeopardize his license, the license of the other business and cost him more than the damages in a lawsuit, he finally agreed to repair the damage his employees caused. This company is licensed, bonded and insured. If something goes wrong with the job and it is the fault of the company, they are required to repair damages. The Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) are there to protect you the customer from poor contractor ethics and non-compliant contractors. Know your rights. In the end, they did a good job with the pool itself. I have the right to report him to the NSCB, but I haven't because the work on the pool was done well and affordably, but if he goes back on the contract and doesn't honor the warranty and continues with his shady ethics, the I continue to hold that right and would execute it accordingly. Just beware of the manager Jose and his shady ethics. Don't let him bully you.

I write a message now because I did not have the time before and we will change our plaster again. So In 2017 Row Custom did my plaster and tiles, was ok but there were plenty of traces on the steps ... 2 years ago, some tiles was left, I called them to find out if it was possible to repair some tiles and to clean the plaster at the same time. They told me yes ... they came and they fixed my tiles.They also put a machine in my pool for emptying and several days later they did not come back. I called several times and finally I threatened to throw their big machine in the trash, they came to collect it ... I filled my swimming pool (without the cleaning, so it was emptied for nothing) and a few days later cracks appeared. It's been 2 years now and we're redoing the plaster with another company.

Worked with Daniel to schedule work for repairs to a broken step in a spa followed by re-plastering. They came in and drained the spa on the first day and completely renovated the spa the 2nd day. By evening was finished. Looks great! On time, on budget, and reasonable priced. Now they will do the pool. I will let you know how that went when complete. Thanks Guys!

I recently sold my house, and the one thing that all the potential buyers LOVED was the pool. I had told the realtor that I had it refinished, but what I didn’t realize is that it has been 14 years since the renovation. ROW refinished my pool with mini pebble, and installed new tile at the waterline in May 2007. 14 years later it looks as good as the day they installed it. Overall I had a great experience on the install. They were fast, professional, courteous and the finished product looked great and performed perfectly. One thing I do remember is that when the workers had just finished grouting the tile, I went out to inspect their work, only to realize that they had installed the wrong grout color. I let them know, and they immediately removed the grout that they had just installed. I called Jose (the owner) and he said he would be right over. 20 minutes later Jose showed up with the correct grout color and the workers installed it then. No problem. Realistically, hiccups are going to happen in construction, and I was impressed with how they handled it. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more, and to have a pool renovation with zero issues for 14 years really speaks for itself. Highly recommended.
