I worked in pest control in Phoenix Arizona years ago. Could I do what Ryan did when treating my property absolutely. So why choose to pay some one to do it? Easy rules and regulations and chemicals change over time. Ryan is a professional who keeps up on CEUs to maintain his license also is familiar with the native problems. I walked with him as he treated the property and can tell you he went above and beyond at more than a fair price. There is a reason his service is rated so highly. Will continue to use his service going forward.

I called Ryan out to assist with rats about a year or two ago. I just learned how to do reviews. Everything went great until he came back to reload the bait. I told him I didn't want monthly service and he became visibly angry and told me "you should have said something before I refilled the trap". I said I was sorry and that I now know what I need to purchase and can do it myself cheaper. I pulled out my phone camera and began recording. While he was behaving like an angry person his nephew who did all the work was just sorta standing there in shock. Ryan the owner ON VIDEO in a low voice said to me "no one likes you" LOL. That was my experience. Horrid experience with a very rude man who could not control his temper and was very rude. He also gave misinformation. Saying "rats have collapsible bones". No they do not. I had to laugh once they left my property. He then called my daughter and said he will have me blacklisted from all pest control companies in Pahrump. ? The man needs to grow up and learn how to be professional.
Also beware... when I asked when he was going to collect the carcasses, he said "oh we don't do that". I said "the smell is horrid" he replied "how can you smell it over all your pot smoke".
Needless to say he's ignorant and rude. Business won't last

Technician James is always friendly, punctual and professional! I love being able to pay online, and the lack of bugs!
They really go the extra mile to make sure that they are taking care of all your pest control needs!

Still loving their amazing service! Price hasn't gone up, still able to easily pay online, and we've had the same amazing technician James all this time!

We have used All Pest Solutions for the past 2 years. Coming from the Midwest the “critters” out here in the desert compared to the Midwest can be are pretty scary! Ryan, and now James have always answered our questions and provided valuable insight and warnings. They are punctual and we can always expect them at the same time of the month. We no longer have pest issues thanks to their professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Ryan texted first and came by the house right on schedule. He immediately identified himself, gave me a card, and let me know exactly what to expect from his services. He was upfront, candid, and professional. He answered all of my questions with confidence. I felt the price for the service we needed was fair, given the peace of mind it gave us. I would definitely recommend.
