We’re remolding our bathroom and needed the custom made shower glass door, after we checked around few places we decided to go with Briteglass because the price was great fit our budget and we trusted them. Yesterday they came and installed the shower door, it looks perfect ? so beautiful, the glass is solid high top quality, we’re so happy with it. Thank to Rob and his team everybody is so nice and friendly ?

If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service from Brite Glass, located at 100 Gentry Way in Reno, NV. After a mishap with my car's windshield due to falling ice and snow, I was in urgent need of repair. I commute from Incline Village to Truckee for work and having a working car is essential. Brite Glass not only efficiently repaired my windshield but also went above and beyond with interior detailing, ensuring every last speck of glass was removed from the leather and crevasses. (Check out the photos of my car after my windshield was smashed in) From the moment I called, I was greeted with professionalism and expertise. Rob, the owner, personally assisted me, guiding me through my insurance policy and outlining the proposed services. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from the start! Moreover, Lizzy (Lizzie?) and her colleague at the front desk provided exceptional support, making the scheduling process seamless and stress-free. While I dealt with delays with the towing company & many calls to my insurance service to get my car down the mountain, there were no issues with doing business with Brite Glass & their crew. The result was impeccable - my car looked as good as new, with no trace of the previous windshield damage. What's more, Brite Glass went the extra mile by including interior detailing at no additional cost, a gesture that truly exceeded my expectations!! Overall, my experience with Brite Glass was nothing short of exceptional! Their dedication to quality workmanship, coupled with their outstanding customer service, has earned my loyalty as a customer. I highly recommend Brite Glass to anyone in need of glass repair or detailing services. Thank you, Rob, Lizzy, and the entire team, for your professionalism and excellence.
