I had a broken window a few days before a winter storm (12/2021) was about to hit and the younger lady who answered the phone scheduled for someone to come and take a look that day. They never arrived. I called to reschedule the following day and I was told very rudely by the older woman who answered there would be no one until the new year (1/2022) and that my piece would need to be special ordered which would take another 7 days from that point..crummy but maybe understandable. It was the horrible customer service that put me off. The older lady who answered sounded very irritated with me, she was short with me, and her tone of voice seemed like she would rather do anything besides talk with me. Ultimately I replaced my own window with the help of Home Depot. And likely saved myself from spending an arm and a leg.

The technician came out to repair a slider that is about 30 years old. He got it rolling nicely and was able to repair the handle which a tenant's dog had done a number on. The price was fair and it was obvious that the gentleman had been doing this a long time. He was efficient and the door is working great. Glad to have your company on our repair team!

My employer contacted Diamond Glass to come fix the front door to our commercial building, which had became damaged the night before. Bill came right over and fixed the door quickly, less than 30 min, as well has helped me with some different issues that we were having with the door. Knowledgeable with great service. I will be using and recommending Diamond Glass in the future.
