Great service and quality products at fair prices!! I’m going back to consult with Mindi this week on another ceiling fan for my guest room this time. Bought two other fans and I’m very happy with the quality and no motor noise or hum. I have also bought lighting and plumbing fixtures from them always with great results. Ferguson is my number one go-to place in Reno for these kind of items. Love them!!
So many errors. They completely left out things. You have to push all these buttons to talk to someone and then they will only let you work with the rep you started with. It has been a very hard experience and we have a custom build and have spent a lot of money with them. I do not recommend this business at all.

I was told the Kohler toilet that I ordered was in stock and confirmed with Customer Service that it would ship right away. I was then notified that the toilet would be shipped in two pieces and that the upper was backordered. I have now received three backorder notices each one pushing out the shipment one to two weeks and it was been almost 1 month which has resulted in many delays for our project and rescheduling of contractors. I was misled by Ferguson and misled by Customer Service. The Customer Service representative informed me that when the order is accepted and from her side showed I was guaranteed to receive the part that she was showing "in stock". This is clearly something they are told to tell the customer to give us peace of mind and go away. I now have all of the other parts, toilet lower, seat and all fitting here but no upper to complete the project. Furthermore, there are only two companies that make this type of toilet, Kohler and American Standard (AS). We need a specific color for the project and AS has discontinued the color. Therefore, Kohler is our only option. At this point Customer Service has stopped responding to me and I am unable to speak to anyone about the situation. Based on my experience it is evident that Ferguson will bait you to order a product, knowing it's out of stock, and string you along, hoping they can eventually fulfill the order or to the point that you go somewhere else. So yes a bait and switch business practice. I live in Nevada and would recommend Western Nevada Supply or Savage and Sons Plumbing. Ferguson is clearly a "big box" type company that is not interested in the customer.

In Northern Nevada, Ferguson is the place to go for a huge selection of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and lighting. They have a large showroom where you can see many of their products. Their sales representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking forward to working with them on our house!

Careful their delivery drivers will run you off the road then break check you over and over. Location 395 carson city 3-2-22 11am.

Very disappointed. We went in to look for kitchen appliances for our new construction and were told we would have specs and pricing for a couple of options sent to us. When I didn't receive anything, I emailed the representative and left a voice message and we still have not heard back or received anything. We will be ordering our appliances elsewhere.

Worst customer service in town. I was told 7-10 days to receive my order and then another week for delivery. Yeah, that was four weeks ago and still don't have it. I was then told I need to wait another 7-10 days. Had to reschedule the installation twice. There is literally zero communication unless you call and call. Save yourselves some grief and go buy at Cyzzs Appliances.

Absolutely the worst customer service around. Their response time is terrible. They really only respond after multiple attempts of calling and emailing and only to give you excuses like; another representative was suppose to get back to you, or they were out of the office, or they thought they got back to you. I still have toilets that don’t work that I have the plunge on a daily basis because I hate dealing with them so much. Yes, I’d rather plunge toilets everyday than to deal with these people! The design is terrible and shouldn’t be sold because it doesn’t flush!! Who sells toilets that don’t flush? Ferguson plumbing does. I wish I never used them and you shouldn’t either if you value your time or money or want quality items.

I'm a Western Nevada Supply supporter 110%. I have rarely been satisfied with my experience here. Cheap parts / service is not my idea of a good time. I'd rather hit Home depot for less money and the same brain dead service.
