We did a remodel about two years ago and it was great and reasonable. Reconfigurations to our kitchen were drawn out for us to see and approve, flooring was also installed in our home. The cabinets were quality and beautiful. The installer was amazing and we use him still for side projects. The lady we worked with has a British accent and we felt did a good job. They were supposed to come out and take final photos but never did. But overall things were done well and it was quality work. The installers are contracted out not their employees. I had tile and granite counters installed by a different company and the installers communicated well with each other.
The staff at KCR are very knowledgable and were able to design and install a lovely kitchen and wet bar in a short period of time. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend KCR.

Absolutely love my kitchen that Kitchen Cabinets Reno designed and installed!!! When I asked for an ivory cabinet Sandy suggested the Snowcap color and it is perfect. She also suggested pull out drawers for easy access and they are great. My cabinets were delivered ahead of schedule too!

Sandy and her team at Kitchen Cabinets Reno helped us create a functional and absolutely beautiful kitchen that hosted many Thanksgivings, family dinners, birthday parties and gatherings over the years. We recently sold that house and plan to have Sandy and her team not only design another beautiful kitchen, but also give us the master bathroom we've waited so long for.

I am pleased with the final product, and the service. They worked with my budget, and sent me to an installation company by the name of Top Kitchen Design to install and they did a great job. Now I can call my kitchen a modern, sleek and updated kitchen within my budget. Will recommend highly.

I spent valuable time configuring my kitchen. Cabinet prices came in very high...I was pressured to give a deposit before I had talked to the “contractor”. I never heard from the contractor as promised and they also stopped communication with me. Buyer beware. Get a contractor and buy cabinets through them.

Shady used car dealer or cabinet shop??? Spent a great deal of money and way too much time dealing with their unscrupulous business practices. Cabinet design wasn’t configured correctly for a pull out trash/recycle combo, tough to figure out in the plans as they keep everything so close and require advance payment before you really get to see what you get. They sold me an aftermarket fix, which didn’t work and then they respond all sales are final. Suggested solution they tell me after guiding me to order the wrong part - oh just sell it on Facebook marketplace. Same issue with trim, they order the wrong part, no return credit even though they took the trim back...a weak attempt to fix ends up in another miss order...after 2 months! No refund offered again and this is after spending over $9.5k in cabinets. Owner hides in the back with stall tactics and games. My assigned “sales rep” has a gmail account for contact info, never responds and in person claims no empowerment or accountability for anything. Can’t believe how they can’t make basic things right for a customer and would rather try to squeeze everything they can. Amazing they are still in business with their extremely short sided tactics. An absolutely terrible 6 month journey in which I am just cutting my losses on them trying to make anything right.

This company was great to work with. We ordered our cabinets and our flooring through them. Dean came over within days of us going there to take measurements and create a beautiful design layout for us. There was a HUGE issue when my floors were delivered to an outside warehouse. My contractor and husband went to pick them up and the worker at Pacific Flooring told them someone else had come to pick them up and the floors were gone. They couldn't tell me who or when and basically told me my floors were just gone and we were out $3800. Furious, I called Kitchen Cabinets Reno to speak with our designer, Dean, he assisted us beyond belief! Everyone at Kitchen Cabinets Reno came together and got us an amazing resolution, our full refund and re ordered the floors with delivery to another warehouse of course, lol. Sandy worked very hard to get to the top of our issue and they contacted us as much as possible to let us know where they were at in the dispute. I am so appreciative of their efforts and the outcome. You pay a higher price than you would at a commercial industry, but it is worth it. The quality of your products will show! I also take pride when my money goes to family owned businesses. I grew up in my parents plumbing store for more than half of my life and have a deep appreciation for the same. I am excited to start our remodel soon and see the end result! Will upload pictures when finished.

First off, I did not go with them. Part of the reason was, after a month of people cancelling appointments, not being available and flat out being flakes, I NEVER saw an estimate. The owner called me to assure me that contractors were just very busy, and that they have the BEST contractors, I decided to give them another chance. Then, the designer tells me their contractors thinks I'm rude, when only one showed up, TWO WEEKS AFTER the original commit date. This company lacks integrity and customer service! Buyer beware, while I never saw an estimate, the word around town is that they are double the price of everyone else. And if you live any place other than Reno, they 'have to come all the way out there' to provide quotes. I'm glad I gave up on them! It was a wise choice!
