My wife and I are very pleased with ZLine products. We have a Double Wall Oven, a 36” Cooktop, and a Under Cabinet Range Hood. We love the look, feel and function of all three appliances. ZLine support has been excellent to work with. We will buy ZLine again.

Pls read the entire review be4 making your decision. DO NOT BUY ZLINE APPLIANCES. They are EXPENSIVE but cheaply made. I got my kitchen remodeled about 6 months ago with all beautiful zline autograph edition appliances. My kitchen looks beautiful but these appliances don’t last. Spending this much money thinking I was getting quality appliances was a huge mistake. The range hood is very loud and doesn’t do the job. I still get all the smell of food upstairs. My dishwasher has been down about a month now. HORRIBLE customer service. They respond to your emails once a week. No one there to answer the phones. My wall oven was also broken and they were going to send me a new oven but wanted me to pay for installation. Stupid!! My contractor who got me into buying all these zline products had to intervene before they were able to send a technician to install it for me. I don’t even know when my dishwasher will be fix. What warranty if u don’t respond to your customers? I’m so so frustrated and regret why I spend so much money on Zline and getting this back. Please Be aware! Look some other brands NOT ZLINE. Don’t end up like me. Is not been a year and 3 Zline brand new appliances broken. What a lose??

EDIT ADDED 11/16/23: after posting review and contacting Elite Appliance (retailer) I received a call from ZLine. A tech was scheduled for the following week and replacement parts shipped out for the stove. A replacement faucet was also shipped. I will have to replace the faucet, but I am ok with that. Other folks may need to schedule a plumber. I am satisfied with the resolution—stove tech still needs to come out—so raising the review to 3 stars. With such a good product at the price point I am satisfied. I truly hope they improve their customer service. ORIGINAL 11/2/23: At first we loved the 48” range and matching touch less kitchen faucet when we remodeled. They were a good mix of appearance, function, and price. That was 10 months ago. Today I have had to submit multiple warranty claims: 1) large burner fails to light 2) touchless kitchen faucet will not work 3) the hot/cold indicators on the faucet have already rubbed off, and 4) large oven will not work due to what looks like a faulty timer switch. The process started a couple of weeks ago and only have been able to exchange emails and each step asks for another piece of information: send video of this, picture of that, etc. so far no direction on a resolution. I have called multiple times. Once I was asked to enter my number to be called back in the queue. Two more times I waited on hold while the “position in queue” counted down to one. When I was next I would get a recording that all agents were busy and to send a detailed email. I had high hopes for the Zline products but the failures and what seems as a complete lack of customer service leaves me with little confidence in the brand and the company. I wish I had known as I would have went with a competitor. If I had the budget I would toss out these appliances and replace them. writing a review is always my last resort when I am at the end of my rope. I’m in it now and I hope others are warned.

While upgrading our kitchen several years ago, we spent quite a while looking for a sink and range hood. During our search, we discovered Zline Kitchen and Bath and their beautiful products. We wish we had found them earlier in the process but we did purchase a Meribel Undermount Single Bowl Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink (SRS-33) and the Wall Mount Range Hood in Stainless Steel (KN6). We have been extremely satisfied with both of these products and they certainly add greatly to our overall kitchen look. We contacted customer support several times during the installation of the range hood and were amazed with their support. It was second to none. We highly recommend their beautiful products and their wonderful company.

I purchased this stove on 11 /17/2021 I absolutely loved the look and reviews were great. The stove was delivered no damage to the box and had never been opened.. I ordered the Autograph Edition Stainless steel with gold trim. That would be gold knobs, handles and feet…upon install there were no gold feet. Really upsets me that quality control was not done to ensure the consumer got what they paid for.. they’ve got to do better!!

After researching all gas cook top stoves I purchased the ZLine RC30 to replace an electric cook top. Wow, what a difference in cooking! The RC30 has to be the best value vs. cost. The Italian burners light flawlessly and the flame has the perfect controlled blue flame for proper level of cooking. My friend purchased a comparison product at almost 3 times the price and had an issue due to the heat level (red) knob inscriptions rubbing off and had a hard time getting warranty replacement. I had the same thing happen with the heat level rub off easily. ZLine customer service did not hesitate and explained the issue and stated they fixed the problem with their new RC30 model and sent me a brand new upgraded model in 3 days. The ZLine RC30 is the showcase of my kitchen. Now it’s time to purchase the ZLine cook top range.

I recently ordered three Zline products, an oven, microwave and a sink. I cannot say enough good things about these items. I am complimented on my kitchen regularly about how nice my appliances look. My oven works wonders, I never realized how poorly my Kitchenaid oven was performing until I used my new Zline. I cook dinner every night and do quite a bit of baking. Everything turns out with great results. Even browning and all baked items rise evenly. Unfortunately, my microwave began arching but Zline customer service provided prompt customer care and were honestly the easiest warranty service I have ever had to deal with. Jeremy was amazing and the nicest man to work with! Zline is the best bang for your buck. If you are looking to replace a kitchen appliance, I would definitely purchase a Zline!

Just finished the kitchen remodel after 2 years and we had purchased our beautiful 36” SS range hood 13 months ago. I installed it and the motor made all kinds of noise. Checking closely I could see the fan was pretty bent, possibly the box got dropped pretty hard in shipping. Return period was last for Home Depot so I contacted ZLine and Jeremy was super quick to respond and his follow through was impecable. They asked if I was ok with replacing the motor since I’d installed it and stated they’d include detailed instructions. No problem I said and the next day they had shipped a new motor assembly. It looks like it’ll be about 8 screws and 20 minutes. Great service, beautiful product and most of all, my wife is thrilled. Thanks Z-Line and Jeremy. You’ve earned a repeat customer for sure.

Very dissatisfied!!! Item took 2 months to receive. There were no installation information. The item was received in a badly damaged box and and all pieces do not match. Definitely would have been a lot more satisfied if I were able to speak with a representative. We ordered a 33 inch range hood and the hood is 27 and some inches. The intake fan works but the lights do not. This is not what we expected from this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your item. This item is not at all what we ordered. If I could zero stars I would.
