I called in because I was having issues with a floating floor growing mold in a residential property. Even though SILegacy doesn't bid residential projects, Jim, the sales rep, took time to speak with me and educate me a bit about the situation I was encountering and gave a referral for someone that would be able to help. I was really impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness!

I used SI Legacy Flooring and I am so glad I did! I wanted to makeover my salon floors. I know I had a massive request because a previous company failed miserably and I had many others try and talk me into other floors. These guys CRUSHED IT! They were honest, did a beautiful demo and the salon is stunning! They were always on time, stayed true to their word and communicated through out the process. Renovations in an open business are hard and a couple things got scuffed up. They took accountability and made it right. As a small business owner, I respect them and I believe they should be known for high end luxury flooring. I attached my old ugly brown floors and my new marble epoxy floors. I wish I had professional photos but you can always come into BLEACH and see for yourself!

Service not to good. Needed an estimate on my patio...Indy forgot about appointment..had to call and remind him. Got the quote...agreed on some changes...still waiting on a quote adjustment. It's been three days.?
