Climate Pros was a referral from a family friend Dave and I have in common, and it’s been the best experience. Dave did some work on my furnace from the start, and was always very good at scheduling and punctuality. He does great work!
In January (2024) the gas valve on my furnace went out, and Rick came out right away. He was so great to deal with, amazing communication, and we made a plan. Unfortunately the part was on back order til mid- March, but Rick and Dave hunted high and low, and I so appreciated that! The valve finally showed up this week (Mid March as expected), and the ladies called to schedule. Rick got it done the same day! I couldn’t be home, but I felt more than comfortable with Rick flying solo! It’s wonderful to have people in your corner you can trust to show up and do the work.
Climate Pros will always be my first call, thank you guys so much!!
This is the 2nd job they have done for me and they are great! This time it was an AC that went out in my rental on a 100+ degree day. My tenants even like their techs! My son had told me that Dave had been taking care of his HVAC needs so I called and he restored heat to my rental by early afternoon. He showed me some down the road problems that allowed me to decide how soon we should replace these other parts. This was a pain free repair, even the online payment was easy.

Lindsay is all is very friendly and I always return phone calls when I have to leave a message. David is always very helpful friendly and informative. They are my go to HVAC company as a property manager.

I was very happy with my service with Climate Pros. They came out the same day I called. The technician was efficient. Got right to work on my heater, found the problem and even went out of his way to get my part under warranty. Stayed to make sure it was working properly. Very satisfied. Also reasonably priced.

Our heater was having issues so we contacted our home warranty company who in turn assisted us with contacting Climate Pros out of Reno. They were able to make an appointment for a technician to come out the very next day. We were confirmed via phone call and text by Lindsey who was helpful and very pleasant.
The next morning, Richard, our technician contacted us by phone to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He went into the attic and resolved the issue quickly and showed us pictures and videos of what work he did.
What a great experience. We decided to sign up for their twice yearly maintenance program To keep our AC and heater running efficiently. Upon our technician’s Recommendation. We are also having him back to fix a Potential issue that could come up in the future with Our heater.
Really great customer service and prices I highly recommend this company!

Jose came to my house to take a look at my furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Diagnostics were quick, accurate, and the repair was done at a reasonable price.

Climate Pros did a great job providing an HVAC inspection of the home I plan to purchase. They were prompt and delivered their report very quickly. They also provided an estimate for the repairs, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend them for HVAC home inspections.

GREAT SERVICE I highly recommend using Climate Pros. Lindsey was great to deal with on the phone and got me an appointment right away as my heater went out in middle of Winter. Jose was my Technician who was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue right away. Jose get me the part he needed and had my heater up and running within 24Hrs.

The tech was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and personable. He earned 5 stars on his own! There was confusion on my invoice, but I received a call from the owner who helped clarify which makes service from Climate Pros beyond a 5 star!!!
