We have been so impressed with Cool Breeze and their amazing staff. I am the Community Director of an apartment community here in town, we had no heat for months in the winter. Cool Breeze was the only company that knew what was wrong with our system, or even tried to work on it. We appreciate their team so much!
My house is cooled by a roof-top evaporative cooler. The thermostat quit functioning the weekend before the 4th of July and we were expecting out of town company that holiday. With 100 degree days forecast the visit would have been a disaster.
On Monday, I tried a number of companies but all were booked for days beyond the 4th. However, I did received a prompt return call from Cool Breeze AC dispatch which could schedule me for Tuesday afternoon. The service call was $89.00 plus the cost of parts and labor.
Pro: The repairman arrived on time. He spent 2 hours resolving a wiring problem, then installed the new thermostat (that I provided) which resolved the problem. He was courteous and professional.
Con: I was then provided with a bill for $564.00. This worked out to a hourly rate of $282.00 per hour.
I am floored by the charge for this service. There were no parts involves just the 2 hours of labor. As a senior citizen and Vietnam veteran of modest means five hundred plus dollars for this service seems way out of line. If not for this, I would have given Cool Breeze 5 stars.

Jacob provided excellent service for my AC unit. He was able to come in and repair all same day!

We had such a great experience with Cool Breeze. I wish I could remember the technicians that came to our house because they were really friendly, personable, and extremely respectful. We’re very happy with our new furnace and AC. Very thankful this process was smooth and efficient.

A+ company... Great service, very nice employees, fair pricing! We purchase a new furnace and installed a central AC system with Cool Breeze. It took them 2.5 days to complete the install and everything was done extremely professionally.

Had Kyle Lenfestey from Cool Breeze come out and due annual maintenance on our mini split systems. Kyle was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. He explained every procedure he was doing and why. Inspected all equipment, cleaned the condenser and the filters in each unit. Very refreshing. Thank you Kyle and Cool Breeze.

I hired Cool Breeze’s commercial department to help set up a walk in refrigerator for our business. I was under quite a time crunch and as soon as I called I was connected with Harlan. Harlan was an absolute rock star who went above and beyond on multiple occasions to get the job done in the time frame I needed. He offered to come out the same day to inspect my cooler and provide me with a quote. I was unable to meet him then, so he went out of his way to meet me early the next morning. He gave me a quote on repairs and I was able to explain the rush I was in to have it completed. He told me that he couldn’t promise it would be done in the time I needed, but that he would do everything possible to make it happen (I only had 3 days before I needed all work completed). And that he did, he had his guys out later that day to begin work. Unfortunately the equipment I had already purchased was faulty so despite their hard work, the system failed after starting. Harlan gave me options to replace the broken parts, and worked with me to acquire them and install them only another day later Which was still before my deadline. He kept me informed the whole way along, and did not exceed the quoted amounts I was told. I cannot recommend Harlan or cool breeze refrigeration more. They were very competitively priced against other providers in the area, plus they were extremely prompt, responsive and knowledgeable regarding commercial refrigeration. I will use them for all my needs going forward and would recommend them to anyone needing refrigeration work.

The team is great. Belle went above and beyond to create a financial affordability on a service that’s best for you and your family. Signing up for a membership, it saved us a lot of money and gave us peace of mind knowing we have a consistent inspection on our furnace every year and will save us cost for a tech to come over.
The day of the duct cleaning service, we received a phone call as promised before they come over. They were right there on time at 8:30am. Kyle and Johnny are very professional and respectful of our home. They explain work order and what is expected. They also made recommendations as to products that will fit best for my asthma. It’s great working with them and the company.
