We returned home late Saturday night after a July 4th trip to find our AC out and the house at 88 degrees. This was in the middle of a week of 100 plus degree weather. I called Sierra Air and they were able to schedule us in 2 working days (Other companies either did not respond or were scheduling 10-14 days out). Anthony, our service technician, was excellent. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repairs promptly and offered several helpful suggestions. We are extremely pleased with Sierra Air and highly recommend them.

My air went out when it was 106 and I called to schedule service. The first available was not until the following Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone rang on Saturday 7/13 and was told there was an opening today and would I like to take it instead of the following Monday. I jumped on it. While they can't give you a time I was told it was in the afternoon. The serviceman arrived at 5 PM and was professional and courteous and explained what he need to do and why. He also checked my Heating unit to make sure it was working properly. Thank you Sierra Air for such great service.

Our AC unit would not come on. We called another company first that had installed our AC unit when our house was built. It was a weekend and they sent someone out who said that they found the issue and replaced the part. The next day the same thing happened. I called the company back and they said it must be another part and they would have to order it. My sister told me that Sierra Air was great and I should have called them instead. I decided to call them and have them come look at it. Logan came out and spent a couple hours going over everything and could not find an issue. It went out again and Brandon came out. He spent several hours as well and couldn't find the issue but said he would order a few parts and come back out. A couple days later he came back and instead of just replacing the other board, he kept looking because he did not think that was the issue. Due to his diligence he found the issue and fixed it. It has been 3 weeks since the issue began and I am still waiting for the other company to let us know the part they were ordering is in and set up an appointment to install it. I would recommend Sierra Air to anyone who needs AC/Heating repair. Their employees are great and care about their work. It is so refreshing to find such great customer service.

Re: Mother’s Door Step Test. I had an appointment for arrival between 12 and 2. At 1:59 I received a call saying they would arrive at 2:30. When the tech arrived I questioned the timing. He the refused service, saying he was disrespected. I canceled my regular "special service" and was told that the arrival time is just an estimate and that the tech fulfilled his responsibility. They told me that "arrival time" is not what they promised, only that I would get an update within the two hours. So disappointed. I've been a customer for years and expected better. BEWARE OF THEIR PROMISES.

I needed a new AC during a recent heat wave and Sierra Air was on top of it. Professional from start to finish, Frank was able to get out to provide me an estimate the same day and schedule the install for the following week. Enrique and Elvis were top notch on the install, going above and beyond by cleaning out my furnace! Would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a professional and efficient install or replacement.

I called Sierra Air this morning to see about repairing our AC after waiting three days for two other AC company’s to at least return my call. A very helpful lady answered my call at 9:45 am and explained their process. At about 12:15pm Service Tech Stephen called, then arrived 15 minutes later. In less than an hour he just about took the whole AC unit apart for diagnostics, put it back together with the needed part, and we were back to having cold air again. We will definitely use Sierra Air again and recommend them to others. Seems hard to get just good customer service these days, but we received excellent customer service today.

Kevin and the whole Sierra Air team did an amazing job for us. We have an old home in Tahoe that previously had no good system for heat or AC. Kevin came out to our house which is situated among boulders with no easy surfaces to work on and found a way to install mini splits. They gave us a fair price and did not change the price when complications were discovered that added time to their install. They were on time, professional, friendly, quick to return calls and thorough with helping me understand what they were doing. They were respectful of the age of the house and understood my desire to have as little impact visually on the house as possible. I am so impressed. Thank you team Sierra Air.
