I am extremely happy and pleased with the whole process. Highly recommend this company. They gave me a much fairer price compared to the other quotes I got elsewhere. The bidder picked the perfect door to match the old one and the install was A+, the door is totally sealed and they did immaculate work. It honestly turned out better than I thought it would!

Dena (the Office Manager) goes above and beyond for customers. I worked with a horrible contractor who purchased a very expensive window from Eagle Door and Window and messed things up and installed incorrectly. Dena has been amazing at helping me get the window in great shape despite not originally being the direct company. Their customer service is amazing.

From 'phone call to install' every step of my project was handled with professional support from start to finish. Dena took immediate action, sent her installer over within a day or so to measure, we discussed options, and she then ordered my window and sliding door replacements. My installer Don was equally efficient and right on task. I am very happy with the pricing and value. After interviewing 5 other companies Eagle Windows and Doors could not be matched in price, service and care.

It’s hard in northern Nevada to find companies that can fit you into their schedules, but these guys did and got back to me quickly. They were professional and friendly and I couldn’t ask for more. Great work.

I have been a customer of Eagle Windows and Doors for approximately 30 years. 25 to 30 years ago we had our entire house redone with new Windows and patio door. We were absolutely thrilled with the products and installation and service. The prior owner (Doug) never hesitated or argued in repairing or replacing a defect. In June of 2017 we again purchased 2 E Series Sliding Patio Doors. They were built by Anderson Doors. The cost of the doors were $6,673.20. Installation of the doors by Advanced Installations was $4,520. The doors were great. However in June or July We noticed that the slidding patio that we use off the kitchen area was making noise. Upon checking the track it was noticed that the bead the rollers roll on was splitting in several places. I sent pictures to Eagle Window and Doors (now under new ownership)and went to see them. They said they would check into it. After waiting approximately 3 weeks I again went to the business and talked with Dena Starman. She stated that she would contact Anderson Doors (Reference#26385434) to relate the problem. After several days Dena contacted me and told me that Anderson Doors did not appear to want to fix the problem. I feel that it is Eagle Windows and Doors responsibility to fix the problem. It cost me $11,193.00 to purchase and install the door. I also checked on line on Anderson Doors web site, and it shows that the E Series doors are guerenteed for 20 years. I hope Eagle Windows and Doors will take responsibility and fix the problem.
