I took my truck in for a windshield replacement. When I got it back I noticed right away the lane departure warning system was not working. A little experimentation determined the emergency breaking was also inoperable. I called Fast Glass and they said that faults showed prior to the replacement. I’m not sure why they didn’t call me to discuss that, it seems that should have been pretty important. They said I would have to take the truck to a Nissan dealership to get it fixed. After paying United Nissan $215 for a service fee I discovered that according to the people that built the truck, Fast Glass installed the wrong windshield. When I called Fast Glass I ended up speaking to someone named Mark who claimed to be one of the owners. He insisted that Fast Glass had done nothing wrong. He offered to refund the Nissan service fee, my original $495 for the windshield replacement and I would then have to pay for another, far more expensive windshield and labor to install it. I pointed out to him several facts. First, the prior mentioned systems worked before I brought the truck to Fast Glass. Second, they didn’t work when I got the truck back. Third, according to Nissan, Fast Glass installed the wrong windshield. I asked if he was going to do the right thing and install the correct windshield. He refused to admit to any fault and told me I was being hostile. Well of course I was, his company broke my truck. Again he offered for me to pay him several hundred more dollars to fix his mistake. I then told him to just return my money and I would take the truck elsewhere to get the correct windshield. Why on earth would I give him more money? What if they still didn’t get it right? Would I then have to pay even more? This company claims to be family owned and to stand by their work. I obviously disagree. My next step is a BBB complaint and also to see if this type of company answers to the contractor board. I know their home window division does. This entire experience has been very frustrating to say the least. This company offers a veteran’s discount which implies they respect and honor veterans. My experience shows that is not true

Not just for windows. They were able to make up all the glass shelving for our cabinet. I also broke a shelf in my fridge cleaning it. I was totally surprised it could be made & done with tempered glass. Great to know, work is exceptional!

Really nice work, windshield replacement done in 40 minutes. Very professional work. Front desk advised not to removed tape for 24 hours and car wash for three four days. Pretty much very quick and nice service.
