I waited at the yard for 45 minutes to get one 5 gallon bucket of Dryvit. The guys in the yard were giving all of their buddies priority over the other people who were waiting. Pretty frustrating watching a truck that showed up 30 minutes after me get loaded before me, not a good way to do business.

I was told that material was in stock and that they would send a credit card authorization form so I sent a truck from Sacramento just to turn him around halfway because they sold my material to someone else

I have been doing business now with this company for 3 years. The company is very busy and very typical for this industry as a never ending day of tasks, deliveries, and logistics.
What sets this company aside from others that I have dealt with in this industry is some of their team members. I specifically deal with Tammy Cecchi who organizes the logistics for the drivers dealing with my material deliveries. Based on her caring approach toward me and genuine appearance to really making sure my needs are taken care of sets her aside from how most interactions I have experienced.
Having day to day interactions with her from in person conversations to even email as a communication email makes my day that much better and that much less stressful and the effect it takes on me is one of the reasons I make it a point to deal with this company.
My relationships with others at the company are very minimal even with my sales associate who seems like I do not matter much, but she makes up for it.
Use this company if the opportunity is presented.

As a truck driver it is very inconvenient to untarp on the street not to mention unsafe.
